"Stop it, Demmy."

        He nodded and he smiled. "Anything for you baby." He said and he kiss her lightly on the cheek.

        Lola forced herself to mutter. "Thanks." and she gave a forced smile.

        Some of the ladies were looking at her with envy. The guys sitting beside Golden just frown without saying anything. He had to stop the little kisses he was giving Golden on her cheeks and neck.

       She saw Bayo stare at her and Demilade. And she couldn't read the expression on his face. But she was now sure of something.

        Bayo knows about the deal.

       She was no longer feeling comfortable and she felt quite used. She wished she could disappear away from there. She forced herself to say.

"I told you he can be quite romantic," Lola said with a fake smile. And the ladies nodded. She watched him pat her thigh and she look up at him. He was looking at her with something different in his eyes. And he gently kisses her temple.

"As much as we love to continue with this night, we have to go. Demmy has to go to work tomorrow and so do I." Lola said. "Congratulations again on your wedding." She said to the couple as she stands up.

"I think I have to go too. My wife will be waiting for me. She's gonna be missing her husband." Bayo said and he chuckled. Some others joined him.

"Goodnight everyone. " Lola said and she left the hall.

         She hurried to where their car was parked. The driver was sleeping in the car with earpieces in his ear. She hit the door and he suddenly jerks awake.

"Sorry to wake you up. Please open the car." She said to the man.

        He nodded and scratch his eyes before pressing the button for the car to unlock. She opened it and climb in.

"Ma where is Oga?" He asked.

"He's coming." She answered absent-mindedly.

         Demilade walked out after Lola. He watched her go in the direction of the car park. He stopped and waited for Bayo to join him. He knew he wanted to say something to him.

"What do you do in there Demilade?" Bayo asked as he approached him.

"What you saw." He answered, pissed.

        Bayo sighed and said calmly. He knew Demilade was furious. "You know touching her wasn't part of the deal. The girl was shocked. She didn't expect it. You openly kissed her without warning."

"I know. For christ's sake, I know that Bayo. Do you think I don't know that? She is a fucking kid Bayo and I kissed her. Do you think I want that? I made the rules and I am the one breaking them. But that was the only thing I can do to make them believe me. Moreover, they were indirectly insulting her. Most of them are jealous." He said.

"When do you start to care about someone Demmy?" Bayo asked because he know his friend very well.

"Don't give me that crap Bayo. I brought the girl into this. I know I am paying her but...." He groaned and close his eyes before opening them again. "I didn't plan for this to happen. She is a kid Bayo."

"She is not a kid. She is a lady."

"Well, I don't see her that way. And that is one of the more reasons why I didn't enjoy what I did. But someone got to shut Golden up. The bitch hasn't gotten over me disgracing her in front of my friends a year ago. She is cheap and all she wanted was my money to get to my bed. And I don't do cheap things. But she won't stop insulting me if I didn't act up." He explained.
