Suddenly after she left, people started gossiping.

"Wow. Did you see what happened?"

"Yeah! The Queen really just made the King apologize to a cripple!"

"She is a little bit weird though. Wasn't he the one who was in the wrong? I mean, technically, it was his fault for bumping into her."

So, she really is the great Queen of Fotia Private Academy...

Hm. Done with that test. That wasn't too hard.

"I just can't understand you!" I heard a voice while I was walking out of my history classroom.

I turned to see who it was.

Oh. That blue jackass from earlier. Figures.

"Vanessa, you've gone way too soft! First, you let a cripple walk all over you, then you let people talk behind your back without even teaching them a lesson?"

"There was no 'walking over' anyone, Leroy. It was just an accident. In fact, I should be the furious one here. I've seen what you and the other Royals do. You let fights between low tiers and mid tiers slide and start most of the fights here in the first place! What the hell is up with that?" the girl named Vanessa argued to the boy named Leroy.

"Psh. Those worthless nobodies? It's their fault their life is so sad. We Royals have our duty to make sure these students stay in line. Or else, they'll just do whatever the hell they want. And you don't want that, do you?"

"Urgh, you're such a pain to deal with! Can't you look in the perspective of the lower ranks for just one goddamn minute?! They're terrified! And for good reason!" Vanessa was different from the others. "It's no one's fault that they're born that way! Especially not theirs!"

There was a moment of silence.

"Tch. I can't believe you're actually like this. You're the strongest at our school, yet you act like some dumb, fussy mid-tier who's tired of being beaten up all the time." Leroy scoffed. "Just because you're the prissy daughter of Headmaster Fotia doesn't mean you get to change everything here. Does he know you're a cripple sympathizer?"

I saw Vanessa clench her fist. She sighed.

"I give up. I tried to be reasonable with you, Leroy. I really did. But you just won't listen." she paused for a bit. "I give up Turf Wars."

"What?! "You can't do this! You're the Queen! If you drop out right now, who'll fill in for you when we have another match against the other schools?!"

"You'll have to manage without me." she sighed once again. This time, more angrily. "For a while now, I've been thinking about it. About Turf Wars. And I figured out that I don't like it. Injuring people for the fun of it, using those said fights to rank schools from best to worst in the region. That sickens me. So, I'm not dropping out because I'm lazy. I have a solid reason for doing what I must. You guys can continue to bully respectful students from other schools, but I'm not partaking. As for the Queen position, you can hand it over to Elena. She's the second strongest female in Fotia Private Academy besides me and a leader type."

"So that's it? You're just gonna bail on us like that?" Leroy asked, clearly furious.

"I gave you all of your answers. You just need to fill in the blank. Is that all? If so, I'm leaving. And don't ever try to make me come back to that already bloodied field, understand?"
