So this is my normal exercise routine, im still looking for more i can do without hurting myself or aggravating my medical conditions.
but these exercises in the photo i do randomly for a half hour daily while watching YouTube.
For me yes almost all are seated as i fall down really easily and i want to exercise without help so i do seated exercises, i do leg exercises carefully twice a week with my service dog or my brother to spot me. I am getting a swing next spring so that will also help my leg muscles.
So if you know anyone who also is handicapped and need's help exercising feel free to screen shot the image or share it with them.
I googled seated exercises there were some i tried and didn't like then there were also alot of standing one's.
