Ch.2

It was the first day of the meeting. You were running late and was running to the gym. "Sorry, I'm late!" Everyone was looking at you. You quickly walk to the brown-hair girl that you had recognize. You were trying to catch your breath. "S-S-Sorry I'm late..." you said, panting. You look up to see the sky blue hair boy in front of you. You were shocked. "K-K-Kuro-tan?!"

"It''s been a while, (Y/N)-chan." Kuroko-kun said. He looks at you not surprised at all. You look to see that he wasn't wearing a shirt...

"Why aren't you wearing a shirt?" you ask him with your cheeks slightly blushing.

"Hmm?" the brown-hair girl said. "Oh, you the girl who wants to be the manager. Guys. This is our manager!"

"Oh! Nice to meet you! My name is (L/N) (Y/N)!!" you said, while bowing down. You look up to see Kuroko-kun looking at you and you were really surprise to see Kuroko-kun even here. 'It's been a couple of months since I practically got rejected by him..' you thought. Although you didn't know that for sure, that day he didn't answer you. You chased after Momoi and during graduation you kind of avoided Kuroko-kun. You didn't even knew that Kuroko-kun was even going to Seirin.

"Anyway, it's great to have you (Y/N)-chan. Everyone lets work hard." the brown hair girl said. "My name is Aida Riko. Nice to meet you." she said to you. "That's our advisor Takeda-sensei."

"I see... Thank you for having me." you said with a smile.

The next day, it was already pouring. The first years and the second years had to play this minigame. Throughout the game, Seirin has finally learned about Kuroko-kun's skill. You also got to see Kagami-kun's skill and his potential. After getting to know Kagami-kun and the way he acted, he reminded you of Aomine-kun. Thinking about it, makes you wonder if you get to see any of the GoM members any soon. A week went by, and everyone had already got there goals planned out. It was really not that long till you get to see one of your old buddies again...

It was another day of practice and everyone was watching Kagami in awe on how powerful he is. While everyone was watching, you didn't notice it but Kise was already inside the gym. When practice was over, Riko-senpai told us that we are going to be playing Kaijou, which was a power house school. It was also the school that Kise go to. You turn to see girls lining up and crowded around the blonde model. When you had recognized the blonde hair boy, you were a bit irritated and seeing this wasn't a surprise.

"It's good to see you again." Kuroko-kun said.

"Good to see you." Kise said, greeting Kuroko-kun back. Kise turns to you and smile.

"Ey." you said. "So what are you doing here, Ryouta-kun? Picking up girls?"

"No." he said with a chuckle. "When I heard our next opponent was Seirin, I remembered Kuroko-cchi and you went here, so I thought about saying hi."

After Kise was introduced and was made fun of, you remembered the the time you had met Kise. Kuroko-kun was his instructor and you were interested on how fast he made it in to the first string so easily. After he had acknowledge Kuroko-kun, you began to talk and hang out with him mostly every day. You laugh to see how he hasn't changed a bit, now that you guys are in high school.

Kagami-kun who was impatient, threw a ball at Kise, and arrogantly challenged Kise-kun. Watching who is playing, you already know who was going to win, easily.

"Kagami-kun, go. If you lose you owe me so food." you said, cheering for Kagami-kun even though you knew Kise was going to win.

"Eh?" Kagami-kun said.

"Eh, how cruel, (Y/N)-cchi. Root for me too." he said, smiling at you.

"Lose." you said.

"How mean!" Kise said, with anime tears. Kise looks at Kagami-kun, more seriously, getting ready to shoot the hoop. As Kise copies Kagami-kun and dunks it, Kagami-kun falls down, and you can tell that Kise had improved a lot. You weren't surpised though. It was Kise after all. He was pretty much a faster learner.

Kise wins the one-on-one.

"After something so disappointing, I guess I can't leave now." he said. He turns towards us and walks up to you and Kuroko-kun. "Give us Kuroko-cchi. You can also give us (Y/N)-cchi as well." he stops in front of you and Kuroko-kun. "Come join us. Let's play basketball together again." he said to Kuroko-kun.

"I'm happy that you said that. But I have to decline your offer." said Kuroko-kun.

"Me too." you answered.

"This doesn't make sense. Winning was everything. Why didn't you go to a power house school?" he debated with Kuroko-kun. He was really trying hard to convince Kuroko-kun to go. He knew that if Kuroko-kun would go, you would follow with him.

"My mind has changed since then." Kuroko-kun responded.

"I would of probably said yes to your offer, if Kuro-tan wasn't here," you said. "But now things are different. I kind of want to stay here and watch Kuro-tan play basketball." Kuroko-kun looks at you when you said that. He show a very small smile but you didn't noticed.

"Besides, I made a promise with Kagami-kun." the sky blue hair boy proclaim. He told us his promise with Kagami-kun and you wondered when did they made that promise.

"It really isn't you to make a promise like that." Kise said. He was right. Kuroko-kun has changed. It was another reason why you couldn't leave. Because you wanted to know how he felt that day. Why did he leave the basketball team? You decided to believe in Kuroko-kun and stay with him. You look at the three boys. Their eyes were burning up and were ready to battle.
