"It would be in the designs for the heart and those are somewhere at Harper Futuristics." Harris confirmed confidently.

"We'll go there. Harris and Natalie, you two help Leo with the sub mode." Ryan decided.

"That works with me." Natalie agreed.

"Ok but for the record, if we get a new robot, I get to drive it." Spyder called dibs on a scenario that wasn't even real.

"No." Ryan denied, causing Spyder to frown. Natalie gave him a quick kiss before going after Harris.

Natalie and Harris exited through the foot of the robot, entering Leo's personal workshop. The place was indeed a mess, which made sense as Leo Mendel was kind of a chaotic personality who tended to bounce around different ideas. His workshop definitely reflected his own mind.

"Leo?" Harris called. The man was nowhere in sight, despite notifying the two teens that he was indeed in his workshop.

"Hey!" Leo exclaimed, jumping up from out of nowhere with a load of rolled up blueprints in his arms. Harris and Natalie screamed in sync at the sudden shock.

"Welcome to the ferry hangar." Leo introduced.

"Why do you always do that?" Harris wondered.

"Yeah, you're gonna give someone a heart attack one day." Natalie warned.

"It's a curse, I think that's why I'm not allowed around old people." Leo mumbled.

"How's the underwater upgrade going?" Harris asked as Leo dumped his stuff all over the table.

"I always figured the robot would have to fight underwater. And here are the blueprints, flight mode, tank mode, disco mode." Leo rifled through his pile of untouched blueprints.

"Oh, I actually have that!" Harris exclaimed.

"Oh, the little mirror ball coming down?" Leo asked happily, earning nods from both teens. "Yeah, that's all."

"It's quite groovy. I like it." Natalie assured.

"Aha! Sub mode, take a look. This will give Mech X4 underwater propulsion, weapons, navigation. Everything you need for an aquatic smackdown." Leo explained, showcasing the blueprint.

"Haha!" Harris said before the two started doing their little weird handshake.

"Science!" The two boys exclaimed in sync.

"Yeah, I built most of it a long time ago. I just need the couple things I texted you to bring and then sub mode 2.0 will be complete." Leo assured.

"Uh.....What were we supposed to bring?" Harris questioned in confusion.

"Sorry, yeah, you know what? I think I have it on me." Leo dug into his pocket to find the list. "Yup! There it is! Bada bing bada boom, ok!" He nodded, handing a long list to Harris.

"Leo, there's like a million things on here! Where am I supposed to find all of this?" Harris questioned in disbelief at the items.

"Yeah, what the hell! Also, some of the things on here are ridiculous, like back hair removal cream and rose scented shampoo." Natalie announced, slightly weirded out.

This sudden inquiry caused Leo to look over the list again. "Actually, you know what? Most of that is groceries, so we'll actually only need that." He assured, ripping most of the list off.
