Lloyd was on the sofa when monique got back to the house and open the door she could see him laying there having the feeling he was a sleep since he was crying over his headache this morning, she slammed the door making him jump up into a sitting position looking over at her she held his gaze then turned to go into the room she slam the door once again causing the ache in his head to pound even more, he felt he was going crazy with it he got up and went down the room to see if could go back to sleep, it took him some time but eventually he did,
Aliyah got home since she didn't hear from Lloyd as he's expecting to see him later  she text him but because he was sleeping he didn't get to reply,
He spent a long time sleeping and didn't bother to call when he got up later in the night  he was to go see her but because of the headache he wasn't able to, thought he  still was  having it, it wasn't  all bad now he thank god, but still it was late,
Aliyah lay in bed Wandering why lloyd didn't  come he haven't respond to her text either, she wonder what had transpire between him and his wife she saw it was late near ten these times he's looking to leave not to come, she thought maybe it was a reason and though of waiting to hear from him in the morning,  Lloyd  catch a little more sleep which his phone rang at six in the morning,
"Hey, hello"
"Hello good morning" the familiar voice came on the line, Lloyd sat up on hearing the voice,
"It's Roma calling" she said
"Yes" Lloyd said
"Sorry about the hours I know it's a sunday and it's early but we're business people so a call can come in early it happens some times"
"Its no problem at all" llyod said
"Good, good I'm glad you understand so I would like us to go to the spot today what time can you meet me at my home?"
"I can by any time you say to" Lloyd told her,
"Eight thirty"
"OK" Lloyd said stretching himself as he  got up out of bed, he took a shower got dressed he was in the living room when Monique came from the bed room they went by each other as he went out close the door behind him and she went to the kitchen, she heard his van leaving with believe he's off to his parents, "mama's boy" she grumble, she picked the phone off the wall dialed Laurence number, he answered at first ring
"Who's this?" He asked
"I was waiting for your call, that as been like for hours" Monique complained
"Ah baby it's you, I'm so sorry I was busy" he said Smiling up at the woman over him
"It is me, and busy, busy doing what, I want to come see you" she said
"Not today I'm already tied up"
"When can i come see you?" Monique ask,
"I'll call you Ok" he said before taking the phone from his ear before hanging up Monique heard a woman giggling,
Having the feeling Laurence was up to something she  took a quick shower got dress and hastely left the house to go over,
Lloyd got to Roma's place  before eight thirty Upon his arrival he was serve breakfast Roma and her husband later joined him and they went out to the spot she's doing the building,
Monique walk into Laurence's bed room with out being announced he was in sitting at the edge of the bed while  a woman kneeling behind him rubbing his chest and shoulders, she was in just a little underwear while he rub him her breast squeeze on his back, it reminds her almost like when she went to that man the other day only this woman wasn't completely naked and to think he looks so relaxed with her touching him that way, she clear her throat and he  turned and saw her standing their,  "you're here? I though i said i would call you" he turn to the woman  who was now looking at her,  "give us some time here" the woman got up started to walk to the door, Monique watch her the underwear was as if she was naked with out panties to the size of  string that held it together,
"What are you doing over here?" he asked getting up to go to her,
"Is this what you've been busy with?"
"Who her, nicky?she's just doing her job, like you're to do yours" he held on to her waist but she pushed him,
"Oh dear you?"
"Oh dear I what"
"You got a woman up in here and I've been calling you waiting for your call, and I show up and find this" she point towards the door the woman just went through,
"Hey relax I said she's just doing her job, look what I've got for you?" He took out a diamond necklace Monique look at him then  grin,
"alright" she said
"Here let me help you" she let him put it on once it was on the feeling her neck, he wasn't in to kiss her,
"As I always know what to calm you" he said she giggled as he kiss her once more,
Aliyah didn't bother to try calling lloyd as she saw he hasn't yet to reply to her text, , lloyd realized  he haven't text or call her as he was to go see her and haven't for the way he was feeling  he  ignore doing so too for what had happened the other night  hoping to give it a few days to wear off,
Aliyah spend the afternoon with her mother, then from there she makes a few family stop before going home, Lloyd got home to find his wife wasn't home thanking god for her could rest tomorrow he'll Start a new job and it is shaping up to be a good one the figured on the first payment cheque was enough to prove it, he look at the cheque once more smile to himself, he could pay some more money on all the bills this month, have a little to put away, he was hoping to go buy some new clothes as the ones he got now are in a very bad  condition, he got a lot in mind to do but  he didn't think on nothing tonight he wasn't in pain and he was full, thank god Roma and her husband treat him to dinner he relax on the sofa stretch his legs,
"Stay the night" Laurence said after a few hours of making out, Monique eyes open wide she never stay out unless it was when she left for the weekend but with Laurence she could make an exception, they have a drink then went back to bed,
Lloyd look out the window in the morning the clouds were darkening and he pray it didn't rain today not for the first time on the job, he got ready and went to the ground as it was breaking today as his team of working people are to meet him there, he was already there when he came to realize his wife's car wasn't in the driveway it was obvious to him now she didn't come home,
Monique didn't wake at six this morning but at seven she woke to find men in the room two with guns Laurence and another talking with him, she was naked to her thigh and one of them was looking at her,
She grasp pull the covers to her breast
"Its all cool you can go get ready" Laurence told her she wrapped the spread around her took up her clothes back her way into the bathroom she could still hear them talking after she couldn't hear anymore voice the door knock and it makes her jump but it was just Laurence bringing her clothes for work, she smiled thinking how he's taking care of her, the small incident last night was nothing and to think she was just rubbing him it was obvious she wasn't important for her send her away soon as she got here,
First day turn out great roma like Lloyd's attitude to work and he seems to have a good team with him, think she could recommend him for a job a bigger one than this, as she wondered how she haven't known if him before,  at the end of the day they shook hand, she wasn't going to be on the job  everyday and trust him to do well he wasn't seen the kind of man who needs supervision,
"Call me if you need me" Roma said
"I will" he said they left the parking space together in separate vehicles,
Aliyah didn't get any call from Lloyd today again but still didn't bother to call him,
He pick up the phone more times than one but didn't call her,
Tuesday court went a little better than the first trial for they were all smiling he nodded to her as he was getting in the limo
"Come by later" we'll have a little fun to celebrate" the man  said
'But its not over yet"
" He  know but it was good" laurence told her, as it was anything for laurence she nod
he too got in his car wave then drove away,
"You haven't told me anything about the other night" nelisa said leaning over the table,
"He didn't show up and I haven't heard from him"
"You think he's alright?"
"I think so but I don't know why he haven't come or call"
"Maybe when you do see him he might have a reason"
Aliyah nods,
"We need to plan another date a triple date I really did enjoy that weekend"
"Yeah I think shelly is cool"
"She is, just hope I won't have to compete with her for you"
Aliyah laugh, "never you know how much I love you"
Nelisa giggle gladly "glad we're clear on that topic"
They both giggle, the evening ended with them parting ways like they do each time they got together with promises to call,
Monique  ended up staying the night over at Laurence's place after the celebration at her client's house, she was less restless tonight for she went by and that woman wasn't there, Wednesday  night he requested her being there too in which she haven't refused,
Aliyah close up after every one has left she was just about to get in her car when her phone rang,  she widen her eyes "finally" she thought on seeing lloyd calling, "finally" she said on answering the call,
"Ah! Finally" he said, "I know I should have came by the other night but I had myself a terrible head ache I couldn't drive"
"You couldn't call because of it too?"
"I got to tell you when I see you"
"When, when will that be, when do I get to see you?"
"I promise before the week ended"
"Ok" she said they said good bye barely hanging up from him before she call nelisa to tell her what lloyd has said,
"Maybe he was telling the truth" nelisa said
"I believe him that he had an headache"
"I think his wife is the rooth of it all" nelisa said they both giggle,
"As is we know her" aliyah said they grin once more, they few minutes later hang up the phone as they both started preparing themselves something aliyah a corn rice dish with turkey leg strew she rip from the fast food package she got at the store, nelisa knew she's cooking for a man now and need to put something more healthy on the table for much as odane work at a restaurant he like coming to her cooking, she find herself loving the fact of cooking for him for he is now her man and she wants to takes care of him,
  Thursday night Monique got to Laurence's place on arriving she went to the room for the men that hang out there never bother her for since she came to know Laurence he'd been taking her here, from the door way she could hear giggles that of a woman she push the door to find him engaged with the same woman from the other night he was in just underwear like she was and stood facing him while he sat on the edge of the bed his hands on her bare bottom while she feeds him her breast she slam the door to make her present be known,
"Oh you made it?" He said looking at her, he ease the woman from him got off the bed to go to her, he lean to kiss her but she angrily push him away, she was aware she was looking at her, she has a smirk on her face a mocking smirk Monique believe it to be, she was glad when Laurence send her away, sending her for drinks for she felt as if she would sprang on her and beat her up,
She later came back with drinks which Laurence pour and gave them both and pour one for himself, he sat back at the bed with her next to him Monique remain standing, after the drink she left taking the bottle and the glasses, "you OK?" Laurence ask why that look on your face?"
She shook her head he took her face in his palm, he chuckled, "ah baby, you are to know how special you are to me"
"Am I?"
"Mm-hmm" he said with a smile "why don't you hit the showers and come give me some love" he push her towards the bathroom with a slap to her bottom, she look at him and grin, after her shower they make love they went to be just fine but  Friday morning She woke  to find there were three person in the bed a woman hugging on Laurence neither was a sleep as they lay next to her  kissing  Monique grasp loudly they both look at her,
"I was wondering if you weren't going to wake" Laurence said,
Monique  spranged out of bed looking with tear full eyes at Laurence who smile "relax it's all good" he said but she shook him away got in her clothes he stop her send the woman away she noticed this was a different woman from earlier make her eyes widen,
Laurence got up pull Monique to him in a hash way that she nearly stumbled ahead making her scream,
"You think you're going to disrespect me" she said
"No body is disrespecting you"
You are who is disrespecting me, you expect to sleep with another woman in the same bed as me!"
"What is so wrong with that?  This is me it's  my life it's how i live it  you can get use to it or leave me"
"I thought you love me laurence but now i have to see you doing this earlier yesterday you got some one and now her" She drag from him walking to the door, but before she could step out he grab her, "don't try to walk away from me"  he said squeezing her upper arm
Monique look up at him she got tears rolling down her cheek now as he held her
"I can walk away if I want to" she grumble tearfully
"go, go to work, but I'm looking to see you later, and you better come back with a different attitude" he warned,
Monique walk a way slamming the door behind her, making laurence's ear drum hurt he grit his teeth fold his fist into a ball slam it into the other,  it was when Monique  was in her car she started crying really hard as she has no control over her tears,
Lloyd was very busy and didn't  think about where Monique goes now, not that he didn't notice she didn't come home in a few nights but she didn't want him to care and he felt he was giving up the fight he had been putting up with her and becoming stressful that he's now at a point where if he don't think about her it doesn't hurt,
He call aliyah right before going out in the morning talk for a short time as he has promise to go see her later on,
in the evening he did just that he kept his promises and went by to see her, they took a short walk around her block, she noticed how quiet he was
"So you got a good week, at work it is?"
"Yeah, yes!" He nods looking at her with a smirk "it was good"
They walk a little more as neither was speaking,
"It has been a while since such big job come to me I'm grateful" lloyd said
"I think you need to advertise more"
"Advertise I have a sign up"
"You need a billboard, you can do it on the Internet, make some cards"
"The, the internet, make cards?"
He asked
"You know business cards, next time you are  over here  I'll set it up for you"
"All the computers are at work"
"No problem it can be created from anywhere and you can access it at work" she said,
Lloyd didnt know much of computers his wife owns a laptop that he saw her working from but he never study nothing much about handling them so he didn't bother about them, They walk a little more before she take his hand "I talk to shelly she wants to come by the  following weekend, and i did  say she could come by me when ever she's coming"
"Oh" lloyd said saying nothing more they continue walking that they were now beyond her block, they eventually turned around to head back after another half an hour,
"So I'll see you" she said
He nod kissing her smacking on her lips, he climbed in his van honk his horn,
"Drive safe" she wave,
Nelisa call aliyah up she just about open the door to hear her phone ringing for she had went out walking leaving it to charge she climbing over the back of the couch laying with her back flat inside and her feet up on the back,
"Hello" she said
"You took like for ever to answer my call" nelisa complain
"Don't forget I got a a man" aliyah said and she and nelisa giggle
"Be serious" nelisa told her
"We went walking and had gone beyond my block"
"Did he left?"
"He's gone"
"OK" nelisa said as they got comfortable and they talk for a long time aliyah told her shelly would be coming the following weekend and they sat planning on where they should go and what they should do,
Monique sat up in bed as she have had a bad dream she woke up feeling as if someone had dropped something on her, her chest was flattering, for a minute she didn't know where she was,
"What happened?" Someone asked in the dark she had to flip the light on to see who it was Laurence was next to her only it wasn't just him that woman was there too and she was laying with her leg a cross his  her hand was on his chest and her head on his shoulder, they both were naked as  Laurence palm cuff her bottom squeezing on it,
"Who turn on the lights" she asked lifting her head,
"Its OK" Laurence told her, turning to Monique "go back to sleep"
Monique lay back down but couldn't go back to sleep it was hard to go back to sleep with all what was going on so she lay in bed with tears,
Lloyd didn't hear his wife came in after he got in, for she wasn't home when he did he figured she stay out again for six in the morning her parking space was still empty at six in the morning,
Monique woke to hear the shower running, neither Laurence or that woman was there she got up going to the bathroom, she could hear sounds behind the shower door, she push it back to see them she was on her knees doing stuff to him, "care to join us?" He asked but she pushed the door back so hard it almost brake, Laurence emerged from the shower send the woman away, she was gone out the door when he pulled Monique to him, "what's the matter with you? We talk of this already, so what's the matter with you?" He asked with tears in her eyes she knocked his chest with her fist,
"Hey calm down you know she's here for reasons don't worry after her job is done it will be just us"
"What about the next woman?" She asked "isn't she going to be here?"
"I said don't worry"  he smile and kiss her he took her to the shower where they make out she had never felt dirty before after sex but felt it now it was not in her nature to share bed with her man and another woman,
He got breakfast serve in the room for them but monique didnt have any appetite,
"Eat up" he told her smiling I'm her face she didn't expect this at all and  sitting there with this hole in her heart  when the other woman came back in she saw him got up  gave her an envelope with  money  and with a similar diamond like the one he last gave her but she got a whole set Monique couldn't control her jealousy, the woman place her hand on Laurence cheek kiss him deeply them left, soon as she was gone Monique rage at Laurence slapping him with her shoe in his head and shoulder,
He grab her shove her to the bed, Monique wrestle him, laurence slap her "stop it dammit" he shout at her, Monique squeal held her cheek looking at him with tears fill eyes and a open mouth,
"I think you should take a few days to calm down I'll call you when I'm ready" he told her,
Monique turn took her stuff and left, she left with the believe he was going to call soon for he need her no matter what,
It so happened that few days went bye and laurence didnt call her, she call him wednesday evening got no answer she left went over there to find him with the first woman he had seen him with before they were acturally having sex,  they came to realize some one was in the room they turn to see her, laurence suck his teeth kiss the woman "go" he told her, monique turn her head when she pulled away from him she walked by her going out the door Laurence got up going to the shower  he then came back "what you doing here, I thought I told you I would call you"
"But you didn't"
"Maybe I haven't gotten around to it yet"
"It use to be so good am I not doing what I'm supposed to"
"You cause me money first I have to be treating you to fancy things, secondly I had to pay money for you for you miss up on time, then that damm man of yours who spoil my building and all that money went to waist, if these girls don't come around I'm history I'm broke"
"But you're giving them money"
"That's their earnings you don't understand you just need to relax"
"I save your ass I think you out to show me respect, I'm the reason you're not in jail I lie for you, now I'm doing it for him for that man who's just as croocked as you" Monique said
Laurence look at her under his eye, she covered her face and sigh, "im sorry i lost my temper"
"I told you you need to calm down, now leave I'll call you when I need you"
"I might not need you" she hiss walking out laurence let her leave on her way out she saw the same woman going back to his room she believe is to finish what she walk in on she couldn't  help the tears for she thought he was the perfect man for her she finally came to rembember what that girl had said the other day at the hair dressing shop about when he stop needing you, she believe he stop needing her now and it hurts for she is so in love with him,  Lloyd stood in the living room hung over the print he designed for Roman, he had already started working nearly two whole week of it, things were good as to say he pay the bills and did what was to for some time he could just relax without his wife nagging about the bills that are to be pay he stretch out on the sofa resting comfortable it's the end of another day  and he's not working his brain to think when the next renovation will come for him to be able to make some money, this job with Roman is going to take probably a couple of weeks maybe a month or two so he just has to focus on it for now,  he wasn't sure he'll be seeing aliyah tonight he might just take a rain check for tomorrow, though he was planning to swing by his mother after work maybe stay for  dinner, he wonder if he should go to aliyah since she has promised to set up the thing for him while he lay their thinking about it contemplating he dose of,
Monique tries to wipe the tears that kept running down her face as she drove fast doing sixty in a fifty miles zone, she was even unaware of the stop sign
Aliyah came down on main street coming from the south side of rockdale as she was about to take the turn the car came at her slamming into the driver's side of her car sending it into  the stop sign both their cars started alarming, bringing lookers a few running to assist aliyah was in her seat belt but received a hard jerk and bruses to her right arm Monique knock her
forehead for the wasn't wearing any seat belt, they help her out the car in order to push it away to get to aliyah in her car for her doors were jamed, she realize she was bleading from her arm and didn't try to move for if anything she didn't want to make the damage worst thought she was feeling fine other from that hard jerk and the bloody arm,
It wasn't very long before the fire department was contact and they came with an ambulance,
Aliyah look at the two cars being the same even in colour only now her's was badly damage, she love that car thanking god she wasn't more hurt than it she knew her insurance company will cover it but also knew it will take up a little time she could let her uncle fix it for not did he just work well he works fast but the insurance company will not pay for that and she wasn't going to let them off with so much money, she could even  buy a new car but didn't see it necessary for now she was just going to have to wait, she took all the things from inside call the insurance company, call up nelisa as she was going to the hospital.
