I didn't see Luke for the rest of the day until we were next on stage. Like always we were after Dirty Candy. I was a little nervous, we'd never performed for managers. This was a big deal. I looked out on stage and saw Luke, Reggie, Julie, and Flynn. Where's Alex? I looked back to Carrie and there he was.

"What is he doing?" I watched as he tried to match Carrie's choreography.

"What?" Mara asked.

"I mean she. What is Carrie doing?" I nervously laughed.

If I could record him, I so would. As soon as Carrie's group was up we brought our stuff out. Some dude with a clipboard came out.

"Next we have Starr Rival."

My heart was beating so hard I could hear it through my ears. I took a deep breath before leaning into the mic.

"Hi, we're Starr Revival and this is Playing God."

Song- Playing God by Paramore

"Can't make my own decisions
Or make any with precision
Well, maybe you should tie me up
So I don't go where you don't want me

You say that I've been changing
That I'm not just simply ageing
Yeah, how could that be logical?
Just keep on cramming ideas down my throat

Woah
You don't have to believe me
But the way I, way I see it
Next time you point a finger
I might have to bend it back
And break it, break it off
Next time you point a finger
I'll point you to the mirror"

I watched Luke and I assumed he noticed since he smiled back at me.

"If God's the game that you're playing
Well, we must get more acquainted
Because it has to be so lonely
To be the only one who's holy

It's just my humble opinion
But it's one that I believe in
You don't deserve a point of view
If the only thing you see is you

Woah
You don't have to believe me
But the way I, way I see it
Next time you point a finger
I might have to bend it back
And break it, break it off
Next time you point a finger
I'll point you to the mirror."

I looked over at at Mara who smiled as she played. Then I glanced over at Oliver, he moved his head motioning for me to come over. I shared my mic with him.

"This is the last second chance
(I'll point you to the mirror)
I'm half as good as it gets
(I'll point you to the mirror)
I'm on both sides of the fence
(I'll point you to the mirror)
Without a hint of regret
I'll hold you to it."

I messed Oliver's hair before walking back to center stage where my eyes met back with Luke. He was staring but I couldn't tell if it was a good stare.

"I know you don't believe me
But the way I, way I see it
Next time you point a finger
I might have to bend it back
Or break it, break it off
Next time you point a finger
I'll point you to the mirror

I know you won't believe me
But the way I, way I see it
Next time you point a finger
I might have to bend it back
And break it, break it off
Next time you point a finger
I'll point you to the mirror"

I smiled as we finished. I felt Oliver's arm go around me as it did almost every show. I smiled at him before looking out at the crowd, to Luke. He was slightly frowning. My smile slowly faded.

"Thank you, we're Starr Revival!"

We walked off stage where Julie and the guy's waited. I softly smiled and Julie.

"Good luck."

I glanced at Luke before heading back into the crowd. We stood near the front.

"Okay, looks like we're closing the night out with one more group, Julie and the fat ones."
