Evie's POV

As we drove across the bridge, heading to the Isle, I imagined what it might look like. The usual, trashy island that me and my friends grew up on. The island that I honestly don't want to visit. Yes, it was my home at one point, but this is Halloween night. I designed and created costumes especially for tonight, and this tradegy had to happen.

"We're here." Jay shouted to us from the driver seat, parking in a small alley from the last time we tried to bring back Mal.

Lonnie was about to open her door from the shotgun seat, but Uma quickly interrupted.

"Hold up, we should split in groups. This is the Isle of the Lost after all. We are too big of a gang to roam around, searching for who knows what." Uma eyed each of us, basically threatening us not to step out of the vehicle.

"But who is going with who?" I asked.

"I got an idea." Mal spoke up from the spot beside me. "Me, Ben, you and Doug will go investigate at our parents' old castle where we lived in. Jane, Carlos, Celia and Dizzy will go visit Hades' Lair. Lonnie and Jay will take Squeaky and Squirmy to Ursula's Fish and Chips so the kids could be safe. Lastly Uma, Harry, Gil, Audrey, and Chad will explore any uncovered ground."

"Your kidding, right?" Harry laughed off Mal's suggestion, but soon realized she was serious. "Wait, really? We'll be stuck with them?" He pointed his hook towards Audrey and Chad.

"I mean, they don't seem that bad." Gil commented, but Uma slouched in disappointment.

"It should just be me and my crew going." Uma declared.

"Geez, don't blame it on me. I haven't said a word about any of you." Audrey pointed out.

"Me either!" Chad added, not helping once again.

"I thought we were going to help too." Squeaky said.

"Yeah, why can't we be in the action?" Squirmy asked.

"You both need to be protected. Besides, you're with the best sword fighters in Auraodon." I hinted to Jay and Lonnie.

"Is Hades' Lair far from here? My pumpkin suit will drag me down after some time of walking." Jane tried not to complain.

"Okay, okay! There will be no changes made with the groups. We are on the Isle to investigate if the lightening caused any damage or harm. Understand?" Ben quickly took control.

"Yes." Everyone except me said it in a low tone.

"Alright then, let's go."

Ben's POV

Each of us splitted up, taking a separate route to arrive in the different destinations. Quite frankly, my group walked slower than the others for whatever reason.

"Remind me where we're heading to?" Doug asked for clarity.

I glimpsed over to see Mal struggle not to groan. "We are setting off to our parents' castle, but it's more like a two story apartment to me."

"Do you think my mother will be there?" Evie's voice trembled a little at the end.

Mal shook her head in response. "Let's hope not, we can't have distractions while scanning the area. Last thing we need is for word to be let out that we returned to the Isle on Halloween night."

"What about Jafar and Cruella?" I moved my head to the side for a quick second, feeling a weird sense that we are being watched.

"Jafar usually hangs out late at his Junk Shop. And Cruella is all over the place." Mal gave a small laugh at this.
