Some theory said that hisashi midoriya is a villains but im not sure yet. Cuz im never saw a villains with a fire breath, all i know is only dabi is the one whi have a fire quirk. And also some theory that could be hisashi midoriya is Endeavour sibling's. So basically all member Endeavour family it could be cousin for midoriya. Well the answer is yes or no.
