Mia's pov

I was busy cutting the vegetables when suddenly I hear the sound of the front door creep open,I turn my head to see Rafael holding his coat over his shoulder and a huge red stain over his white t-shirt.

"I-Is that b-blood?"I ask my voice a little shaky.

"No Mia,it's ketchup."His says with a low and irritated tone,he takes a seat on the dining room table and clasps his hands together he gives me a look and I can see a hint of worry in his eyes,an emotion I never expected to see from him "Sit down,we need to talk."

I hesitantly walk towards the table and sit on the seat opposite him "Yes?"I question.

He heaves a heavy sigh before asking "Have you been in contact with anyone while you've here."

"No,How the hell would I have contact with anyone if I don't have phone."

"Then who the fuck has been has been leaking information."He says thinking out loud.

"What?"I ask while giving him a confused look.

"Nothing,I'm going to bed."He says then abruptly stands up and leaves,I just stare at him and sigh to myself.

Rafael's pov.

"Something is not adding up."I say to Jerry over the phone.

"What do you mean?"He asks.

"Someone has been leaking private information,information that only my stuff knows."

"What!?"Jerry exclaims from the other side of the phone.

"Yeah,Have you maybe seen or heard of someone acting shady?"

"No,but I'll do some digging,then I'll get back to you."

"Alright."I say then hang up the phone before walking to my bathroom to take a well deserved shower.

Mia's pov.

"Good morning Muffin."Rodriguez greets cheerfully when entering my room holding a plate of bacon and eggs with some white toast,I look at him then turn the other way putting my duvet over my head.

"Mia."He says while gently pulling the duvet away.

"What!?"

"Who hell do you think you're talking to in that tone!?"

"Do you see anyone else in this room beside you and me?"I ask while rolling my eyes.

"Mia you better drop the attitude or else."

"Or else what!?,you'll tie me up and hit me!?"I spit.

"Mia,I'm warning you."He says trying to keep his cool.

"Just leave me alone Rodriguez."I say while putting the duvet over my head again.

"Mia,what's wrong?why are you so upset?"

"Would you not be upset if you stood at the stove for two hours straight cooking for someone who doesn't even appreciate your efforts!?"

"Muf-

"Shut up,I'm still talking!"I spit and he looks at me in surprise.

"Where were you yesterday and why did you have blood on your clothes?"

"I went out for some important work and I told you that it was ketchup."

Oh my fn soul!

"Do I look like an idiot to you!?If you don't want to tell me the truth then I'd prefer it if you don't talk to me at all."I say while rolling my eyes.
