"I have a name you know! It's Tanjiro Kamado!"
"Alright, Gonpachiro Kamaboko! I'm gonna bring you down!"
"Who are you talking about?!"
"You, of course!"
"No, you're not!"
I can't help but laugh at their bickering, finding it endearing.
"And you too, arrowhead! I'll figure out how you did that flying thing!"
"My name's Y/N. And it's called airbending."
"Tch, whatever you say, M/N!"
He huffed and crossed his arms.
"It's Y/N!"
"M/N!"
I roll my eyes and we keep walking, reaching a home by night.
The crest carved on the door reading "Wisteria".
"Why are we here?"
I ask one of the birds, earning a response.
"It's time to rest! It's time to rest! You've all had a tough day! Rest up now! Caw!"
It cawed, and I couldn't help but sigh.
"FINALLY! I can't wait to sleep!"
I'm relieved.
The door opens, revealing a rather short old woman.
"Yes?"
"Oh!"
Tanjiro perks up, Zenitsu clinging to me, scared again.
"A ghost!"
I pat his head, chuckling.
"Sorry to bother you this late at night!"
"It's a ghost, Tanjiro!"
"Quiet! And stop clinging to Y/N like that!"
"...Who the hell are you?"
Inosuke walked up to the old woman.
"Oh? Should I assume you are all Demon Slayers?"
She bows, and out of habit I mimic her gesture in return.
"Yeah? What's it to you?!"
He growls, a hand going to his swords.
"Inosuke!"
Tanjiro scolds.
"Please, come in."
She welcomed us inside, and we all follow her through the rather beautiful garden.
Once inside, she presented us with a room full of clean clothes.
"A change of clothes to cleanse your bodies."
Another room had four small tables, filled to the brim with delicious looking food, and our last room presented was where we would sleep. We all got changed, and I felt quite comfortable in the clean and soft clothing.
"She has to be a witch! How could she prepare all this so quickly?! She's not human! She can't be!"
Tanjiro smacked his head, and we all went to dinner.

"Woah! No way!"
I laugh, happily munching on the small buns I picked off a plate.
"It's just like the ones at the temple!"
