I sat besides him and grabbed his hand and I just broke down crying for a good 5 minutes

I have to call his brother and his mother and rick and omg

i picked up my phone and called them , they was all panicking , this can't be real life right now

30 minutes later they all came rushing in , " MY BABYYY" his mom said walking in and crying

I got up to get out of her way and she was bawling her eyes out and yelling

his brother tried to keep a strong face but he shed tears

"what happened" his mom said

"i don't know , the hospital called me last night" i said

"last night ?!! and you just now calling us" she said

"i had a panic attack and i passed out i would've called you sooner , you know i would" i said

"i know Nali" Kasim brother Damien said

"nah fuck that , panic attack ? my baby nearly died and you still find a way to be selfish ? where is queen ?" she said

"Ms.White im sorry i truly am but i have anxiety and stuff and it leads to panic attacks i couldn't control it" i said

"couldn't control it , keep a brave fucking face you are weak" she said

"ma relax" damien said

"nah i never liked her ass since i caught her at the baby shower get out" she said

"no" i said

"no ? bitch get the fuck out of my son hospital room with your selfish ass" she said

i started to say something but Damien pulled me outside the room

"Nali look , i understand what happened okay im not mad , my mother was just never too fond of you , she loved Queen since she was carrying Kasim baby , her grandchild ya know , just relax" he said

"i love Kasim more than anything i am not leaving" i said

"i know that & he knows that , he'd want you to leave and let everyone relax ok ?" he said

i just walked away , i checked out of the hospital and just left

I went to Kasim house cause i know his nanny Anna is watching Christian

I knocked on the door and she opened it , "oh hey , Kasim isn't here" she said

"yea i know Anna , he's in the hospital, im here for Christen" i said

"omg is everything ok ?" she said handing me him

"it will be" i said

"ok well , i have to go" she said grabbing her stuff

"ok thanks again" i said

she smiled and left

i got christen stuff together and took him to my house

when i got there , everyone was still there and stared at me when I walked in

"what the fuck happened" Sage said

"Kasim got shot in the head , he might die who knows , this is Christen if you haven't met him yet" i said walking to sit down

I have no emotions, it just feels so ... empty , shallow dark

"oh my god what" Lala said sitting down

"christen can't stay here with all his stuff , it's too small , i - i think i gotta go" i said just staring at the wall

"Nali you're scaring us please talk to us" Aaliyah said

"what more is there to say , KASIM MAY DIE HE-HE MAY FUCKING DIE I CANNOT BREATH RIGHT NOW TO EVEN UTTER ANYMORE WORDS AND ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT IS CHRISTIAN WHAT ABOUT CHRISTIAN" i said

they hugged me but i just sat there

"Lala , i gotta go to Kasim house , for Christian" i said

"ok Nali , i understand so you're just moving out ?" she said

"just for a little while until i know for sure what's gonna happen" i said

"okay" she said

I got up to pack my stuff , nearly everything , im gonna go see Kasim in the morning with Christian , fuck that bitch

I finished packing and I said bye to everyone and left

"it's you and me" i said looking down at Christian
