I was walking to my friend Kagome's house and when I got up the stairs to her home I heard her voice coming from inside her family's shrine. I jogged over to it to see Sota sitting on the stairs while Kagome was down by the sealed well.

"Kagome, what are you doing?" I asked, seeming to catch the siblings off guard. I chuckled, rubbing the back of my head, apologizing.

"It's fine, but I'm looking for Buyo," Kagome explained. I nodded in understanding and descended the stairs to help Kagome look for the sneaky cat. Once I had reached my friend there was a loud sound causing all of us to yelp in surprise. I heard purring near Kagome so I followed the sound to see Buyo rubbing against her leg. I sighed as I picked up the troublemaker, me and Kagome looked at eachother confused before we heard Sota's panicked voice.

"Sis, Haruka, behind you!" Sota yelled worriedly. There was a sudden burst of wind behind us as I heard the sound of wood breaking. I was going to turn around but was stopped when I was grabbed from behind by something that felt like...hands?! Me and Kagome were dragged into the now open well, me dropping Buyo in the process. I felt the hands grab my face as my head was turned to take in a terrifying sight. The person who had grabbed us was a naked woman but that's not the worst part. This woman had six arms and a large centipede tail.

"You have it, don't you?" The woman asked us. Me and Kagome looked at her uneasily.

"Have what?" Kagome asked. I didn't expect the woman to open her mouth and lick both of our faces with her long tongue.

"What are you doing, let go!" I yelled trying to push her face away, Kagome following my lead. What we didn't expect was for our hands to glow purple making the woman let go like she was burned. Me and Kagome had landed on the ground again roughly as we panted. I had looked around once I had calmed down from that weird event, when my eyesight had cleared it had looked like we were just back inside the well, what a relief.

"Kagome, I think we're back in the well!" I told her excitedly. She seemed as excited as me now that she seemed to realize this as well. We had both found vines inside the well using those to climb up. When we got to the top, all we saw was an open forest. I was starting to freak out before I saw the Sacred Tree on the other side of the brush.

"Kagome, look, it's the Sacred Tree!" I exclaimed as I pointed to the tree. Kagome following my gaze laughed happily as she began running through the brush with me not too far behind.

"We're almost home!" I thought happily, but my happy atmosphere dropped into confusion when we got to the tree. Well, there was a boy with long silver hair while he wore a charming red kimono wrapped in the trees overgrown branches and vines with an arrow sticking out of his right shoulder.

"Wait, does he have...dog ears?" I thought as I had examined the male more now, noticing the animal ears on his head. When I had got out of my daze of observing the boy I saw Kagome walking towards the tree.

"Kagome, what are you doing!?" I asked as I saw her climb on one of the overgrown branches and stop in front of the boy. Once she reached him she brought her hands and took a hold of the boy's ears rubbing them gently. I stared at her dumbfounded before a tick mark grew on the side of my head.

"Kagome! Knock it off!" I grumbled at her loudly, she chose to ignore me, as I was about to yell at her again we heard a shout. I was about to turn around when a sharp pain shot through my left arm. I looked to see an arrow sticking out of my arm, I tried pulling it out causing me to let out a whimper notifying Kagome. Her face morphed into shock as she saw my injury.
