CHRIS: Okay, come on!
CHRIS and ERIKA get into CHRIS'S car. CHRIS starts blasting his music, and ERIKA covers her ears. They drive off and arrive at the now deceased MAN 1's house.
ERIKA: Jeez Louise! What happened here??
CHRIS: What do you think? It was the robots!!!
ERIKA: You're joking, right?
CHRIS: Dead serious. Come inside.
They go inside. ERIKA screams: "aaah!"
CHRIS: Look at this.
ERIKA: Woah! What is it? What is that thing? What is that?
CHRIS: I'm pretty sure it's a computer part. I think it could be part of one of the robots.
ERIKA: No kidding. This is wild!
CHRIS: Wild is the correct word, Erika. This is wild.
ERIKA: So you're an IT guy, right? Can't you like scan the computer part and figure out how to stop the robots before it gets too late?
CHRIS: I can absolutely scan the computer part. Here, let's go back to my house.
CHRIS and ERIKA get back in the car. In the car:
ERIKA: I'm so sorry I didn't believe you before, Chris. I should've trusted you.
CHRIS: I know. It's okay. I'm just glad you are believing me now. This is something that is important if we are gonna save the planet!
ERIKA: Yes, yes.
They arrive at CHRIS'S house. They walk into the front door, and CHRIS goes immediately into the kitchen.
SCENE 12 -
CHRIS: Sandwich?
ERIKA: What?
CHRIS: Sandwich! Do you want one?
ERIKA: Oh sure. But shouldn't we-
CHRIS: What do you want on your sandwich?
ERIKA: Hm?
CHRIS: Peanut butter and jelly? Ham and cheese? Turkey? Tuna melt? BLT? Grilled cheese? Ham and cheese is my favorite. Do you want ham and cheese? I make really good ham and cheese sandwiches? You know what? I'll make one and you can try it.
ERIKA: Oh- okay. But shouldn't we be working?
CHRIS: It'll only take a second.
Cue sandwich making montage. This is the most epic montage with the most epic music. After the montage, he serves up the sandwiches on two plates as the song ends.
ERIKA: Thanks. So, what is your plan? You have to have a plan, right?
CHRIS: Of course I have a plan. I love making plans. Would you wanna make a plan with me for later? I'd love to make a plan with you. If that's what you want.
ERIKA: Um, sure? Haha. But for the robots, what's your plan?
CHRIS: Oh I'm not sure. Let's take a look at this piece of a computer. It may contain valuable information.
ERIKA: Right, of course.
CHRIS pulls out his screwdriver, and starts poking at the "computer part".
CHRIS: What the? I better plug this in and see what it contains. Sometimes computer chips can contain some very interesting information, especially when it's a cool computer.
