          She also seems hurt.

          Lola, then noticed Demilade was tense and he was angry but trying to suppress it. He also looked hurt. She hasn't seen him like that before.

"Yes." He said
 
        There was something in the way he answered her that made her know he needed her. She can't pinpoint it but she knows he needed her to act.

"Hi. I'm Tiwalola, Demilade's girlfriend. Demilade, who is she?" She asked with a cool sweet tone.

         He was shocked for a while when she said that but he quickly recovered and relaxed. She got the message. He didn't expect her to understand it quickly. But fortunately, she did. Then he smiled at her.

"She is my ex that I told you about who exhorted a hundred million from me and left into thin air." He said. His voice was calm but it had venom and anger in it.

"Oh!" Lola exclaimed.

"Demmy!" Angela said shocked that Demilade could talk about her like that to his new brat of a girlfriend.

           She didn't know he came with someone. She had come with a politician to the party. She saw him for the first time after four years. He was giving something she knew was a parcel containing money to the celebrant who then pass it to his PA. She followed him when he was leaving after excusing herself from the midst of the old men she was sitting with and she stopped him.

"Aww. I remembered. That was bad." Lola acted, looking at Angela. Demilade never told her about being duped by a lady he considered his girlfriend. And it was the first time she knew he wasn't lying about being straight because the lady in their front happened to be his ex.

         But she can't believe Demilade ever dated someone like her. She looks like a slattern.

"It wasn't a nice thing to do Miss. But that is in the past right Demilade?" She asked him touching his beard.

          He looked at her and he knew what she was playing. He smiled.

"Of course, that is in the past. Who cares? I've made billions after that. And the necklace I bought you was a lot more expensive than that."

"Oh God, I love that necklace! It makes me feel like a queen." Lola said dramatically.

"You are my queen." He said pulling her closer from the waist and he kiss her on the forehead making Lola smile.

          Angela watched almost in tears. She can't believe Demilade will do such a thing. She remembered how much he loved and cherished her. She played a lot with his feelings when they were dating. He was very sweet and good to be with. He wasn't just wealthy, he have a good and soft heart when he loves. And was also very good in bed which the old men she is now dating lacked.

        How things change. The guy that seem to love and worship her is now in love with another woman and he didn't feel remorse for letting her know.

         She didn't love him as much as he loved her but she likes him and likes to be with him. She thought she will have it all when her friends told her to dupe him for that huge amount of money.

           It never lasted but she can't return to him. She had hurt him. So she finds another means - going out with married men who are old enough to be her father - until Demilade gets over what she did and then returned. She had it all planned out. She had gotten to learn from a source until early that month that he was still single since she left him.

         But that source seems to be wrong. He was already in love with another woman. A real beauty. Not a fake with plastic surgery.

"I'm quite horny. Let's go home." Lola said quietly but loud enough for Angela to hear.
