"Truck 81, Ambulance 61, Squad 3 House Fire 1545 North Colonial Avenue".

*Desireė POV*

The boys are light on their toes as always , they grabbed their coats and were out the door in less than a minute.

"I'll drive." Shay said. Jumping in the Ambo slamming the doors and following the trucks out of the bay.

We pull up to the red light one block from the scene of the fire lights and sirens blazing when lieutenant Casey's voice came over the radio, " everyone gear up it looks like its going to be a rough one".

A few moments later we arrive at the scene of the fire. All we can see is smoke coming from every crevess of the house and the whole 1st floor engulfed in flames. Among all the smoke and flames all you can hear is faint screams ringing your ears. "Hearmann Otis with me We've got the first floor, Cruz Mouch get the ladder ready just incase". Casey exclaimed. " Mills, Capp with me we will take the basement" Severide said into the radio.

*Casey's POV*

We make our way to the first bedroom on the first floor, Fire Department Call out. "clear" Mills said.We round the corner and make our way into the second bedroom when we hear a shallow voice coming out from, under the bed. As we pull up the dust ruffle we see a child approximately 5 years old. " Its okay sweetie we will get you out your safe now".

"Mills you take the child, we will finish clearing the first floor and meet you out front when we're done. " Roger that Lt. Casey." Seems like a million years before mills radios back saying he's made it outside safely with the child. Greeted by Dez and a gurney.

Boys you needed to finish up your search. The building isn't going to hold up much longer, you've got two minutes and everyone needs to be out. Chief Bowden voice coming across the radio. nearly two minutes pass when Casey and Severide are the last two men out, chief house is all clear.

  *Dez POV*

Pulling up at the ER bay doors, shay gets the Ambo to a stop before I jump out the back rushing the small child in. "laceration to the forearm, small lump on her forhead, minor smoke inhalation, and her BP is 110/58". Shay rambles off to the ER nurse on shift. As shay finishes paper work inside I make my way out to the Ambulance to start cleaning up. changing out the sheets on the gurney and sterilizing everything for our next call.

About 6 minutes went by and I see shay Walking out of the two double doors, "all clean".

Back at the station everyone is just relaxing, Mill is assisting Gabby in the kitchen since she is the new candidate and she's preparing lunch. Mouch and Otis are on the couch playing with the dog, And Casey and Severide are in there rooms Completing paper work from the previous call.

*Severides POV*

Im finishing up paper work when I hear a knock at the door, "come in." looking up from my mound of paperwork I see shay making he way to my bed to sit. "Shay are you alright?" "Kelly I wanted to talk to you about something are you busy?" "What is it shay everything okay?" "Everything's fine I was just hoping to have a serious conversation with you for a second. " "tell me whats going on. " "Well you know I've been wanting a child for sometime now and i had a meeting with the sperm bank last week, And it just doesn't feel right, I mean I wouldn't know the man all I would have are the Characteristics on a sheet of paper, so I was Curious to know if maybe....." "what Shay". "umm y-yyou'd maybe father my child?"
