           Lola chuckles. "I'm not ma. I was just with him when he felt like visiting. A pure coincidence." She said.

          Nevertheless, within her, she is glad to be one of his first.
            

           A loud bell rings from God-knows-where and the kids around Demilade murmur. He smiled and looked up from the kids. He noticed Lola and Mrs Dickson talking. Some children were running into another room.

"It's time for your dinner." He said to the kids.

"When next will you come?" One asked.

"Yes. You hardly visit." Another said.

"I'm sorry. I've been busy lately. And I don't know when I'm going to be here again Slyvia." He answered the girl. She pouted.

"Please come back soon." She begged and the others joined her.

"Okay. I'll try."

"Is it a promise?" The girl Slyvia asked.

         Demilade didn't know what to say to convince them. "No, it isn't. But I assure you I will try."

"Okay." They chorused but Slyvia wasn't okay with the reply. He smiled and patted her shoulder.

"You came with the lady right? Is she your girlfriend?" A boy asked and he pointed over to where Lola and big mom were standing.

"Stop pointing Adam. It's bad." Another girl cautioned the boy. He put his hand down.

"Not really." He answered. He hates to lie to the kid. But he wondered why they were curious about that at their little age.

"Not really isn't an answer," Slyvia said. Demilade chuckles.

"You are getting smarter than your age Slyvia." He said.

          She smirked. "But she is beautiful."

"Yeah, she is. Now, it's time you go for your dinner. You would be late." He told them trying to avoid any further questions. He hates to lie to them so he is preventing any questions from the children.

"Okay." They chorused.

"Bring her with you again," Adam said.

"If she is chance, I will." He told them. And they nodded, pleased.

       He stood up and they followed suit.

"I'll ask big mom to treat you all to chocolate and cakes tomorrow."

         They shouted in joy, excitedly. Two girls ran to embrace him and the others did the same. And he grinned and embraced them back.

          It always felt nice to be in the company of kids.

          They said goodbye and left in the direction of the dining hall. Slyvia was the only one left.

"Aren't you going to go and eat?" He asked her.

"I will." She answered. "Please come again." She pleaded and she shifted her weight from one leg to the other. Demilade just stare at her with a small smile.

"Do you want to ask something?"

         She made a funny face which make Demilade chuckles.

"Common just say it." He assured her calmly.

"I want a headphone." She said.

         He smiled and pulled her closer. He stooped to her height. "Okay. I will send it over for you." She smiled.
