Thunder echoing inside my head
My sanity like a thread,
Fraying by the day,
Slowly but surely, decays.
Heart sinking, feeling hollow,
Lost to the path I follow.
Soul spiraling into the void,
Day by day, getting more paranoid.
Sitting in a crowded room,
Voices heard and yet not.
In a corner where darkness looms,
Taking away all I forgot.Cracks form in my field of vision,
Spreading across the ground I stand on.
As I watch my world shatter to pieces,
My glass bottle of emotions break as well.
Tears flowing down my cheeks,
Wanting to cry, scream, and yell.
Unable to do anything,
Only to watch as everything I love dies out.
