ways you help each other....

you:

you don't really tend to open up much about your feelings or emotions, but finn can always tell no matter what

he's the only person you talk to about it

you'll get quieter and more in your head

he notices that you're not as involved in the moment or seem distant from reality

he'll just gently put his hand on your shoulder so you know he's there

no matter what, he always helps you feel better

when it's really bad, you'll just cry into his chest while he holds you

sometimes you just get really overwhelmed in public and then get really panicky because you don't want to cause a scene, so he'll take you to like a bathroom or something and help you calm down

every once in a while the paparazzi will catch you crying while your with him

just hugging him and knowing he's there for you no matter what can dry your tears

without him you know you wouldn't be even close to as happy as you are

him:

he only really talks to you about his emotions and how he's feeling to you

he's like the master of bottling up emotions

he'll just get even more hyper than usual or more slow and drained

you'll pull him aside and wrap him up in a hug

if he get's anxious he'll hold your hand and you'll do breathing exercises together

if you're in a car or even sitting down at a restaurant he'll put his head in your lap and you'll run your fingers through his hair

you know exactly what to do to calm him down

when he's freaking out over something he'll call you and you'll talk it through with him 

he always feels better after talking to you

you always remind him of how much he's loved and needed by so many people

in the end it's really only the two of you that truly understand each other
