Chapter 5 | beachday

Seb's POV // summer 1 Monday // 12:30 pm //

I sighed in frustration, not wanting in on the summer shit.

Mom had dragged Maru and I out for beach day.

Maru agreed after a while as she had this stupid project she needed to do but decided she needed a break anyways.

But I just didint wanna go..

What's the point..

I don't even do anything there-

"alleyoop" Y/n came from the bus stop, picking Jack up in her arms.

She had a picnic basket with her.

My face warmed at the outfit she wore as it was very revealing.

I mean it's not like I haven't seen-

never mind..

She wore a black two piece bikini, some black shorts and a black short sleeved cropped sweater.

She left it unzipped, showing way too much skin for my liking..

"Hii!" Y/n ran up to us.

She's way too outgoing..

The three girls spoke and I stared at Jack who was sticking his tongue out at me.

I stuck my tongue out back.

He frowned before reaching his hands over to me.

"Looks like Jack wants to be held by d- Seb- AHEHAUGH.." Y/n coughed hysterically, trying to cover her mistake of nearly calling me Jacks dad.

"C-can I..?" I  muttered reaching out to Jack a bit.

Y/n nodded awkwardly, still embarrassed from her near exposing and handed me Jack.

Jack was wearing a red tshirt and black shorts that stopped at his knees.

He rested his head on my shoulder as we started walking.

I walked slowly behind mom and Maru with
Y/n.

"Thanks, Jack kept wanting to see you.." she laughed awkwardly.

"R-really?"

Crap..

I should go to Y/n's more..

We got to the beach and mom had immediately run off to her small group of Caroline her, Marnie and Jodi.

Maru left to hang out with Penny which left me alone with..

"Are you gonna swim Sebastian?" Y/n smiled up at me.

"No.. I'm just gonna stay under that umbrella.."
I sighed, walking towards the shaded area.

Y/n followed close behind, for a bit I wondered why she was following me until I looked down at Jack who was still in my arms.

"O-oh! Sorry!" I raised him up to her.

"No no it's cool, you can keep holding him if you want to.. plus I think he wants to hang out more" Y/n giggled as Jack reached out to me.

I smiled down at him softly before sitting down on the picnic like blanket which sat under the umbrella.

Y/n sat down, taking out some food, clearly meant for Jack from her picnic basket.

Jack sat in between Y/n and I, her back to the sea and facing me.

"He hasn't eaten?" I looked down to the toddler.
