Chapter 14

Nangyari yun ng nagsasanay ako.

"Jeff" tawag ko sa kanya at nag hintay ito sa signal ko.

"Now" sabi ko at agad nilayo ni jeff ang natitirang bakal. I could see his open wound. Maraming dugo ang lumalabas sa sugat niya. I place my hands on his wound and started to heal him.

Please, umabot ka.

I need to stop his bleeding before it's too late. I still remain calm. I need to control my mana.

Normal humans are sensitive to mana. If it's too much, they may end up dying. That's why they still need to rest and take medicines.

Ilang segundo ay wala nang dugong lumalabas. Napaiyak naman sa tuwa ang lalaki.

"Jeff, get ready the bandages" sabi ko sa kanya at agad itong kinuha.

Ilang minuto ay natapos na rin. Napaupo ako sa sahig ng dahil sa pagod. Jeff started to clean everything up.

Pinilit kong tumayo para makita ang bata. His face looks suffering. I casted a magic pareho kay Caspian. Agad naman itong nawala at nakapagpahinga ng maayos.

I look to my hands. It's full of blood. Sinamahan naman ako ni Jeff at sabay kaming nag hugas ng kamay.

Nilipat nila ang bata sa ibang kwarto. Pinilit ako ni Jeff na mag pahinga muna pero mas pinili kong sumama sa paglipat ng bata.

I need to make sure walang mangyayaring masama sa batang yun. I need to check if walang epektong lalabas. That would be the time I could relax.

5 minuto na ang nakalipas ay wala namang nangyari sa kanya na ikinaginhawa ko.

"Future Empress, Maraming S-salamat po. Niligtas mo ang kapatid ko" sabi niya at lumuhod sa harap ko.

Agad ko naman siyang ipinatayo. I can't just stand there while their is someone dying. Di nasayang ang pagtuturo ni Leo sakin. Hayst, buti nalang nakinig ako.

"Future Empress, kailangan nyong magpahinga" alalang sabi ni Jeff. He looks very worried. Baka may mangyaring masama sakin.

"I'm okay Jeff" I assured him. Bumuntong hininga nalang ito at sumuko.

Napatawa nalang ako sa mukha niya. He even more looks tired. Biglang bumukas ang pintuan at may pumasok.

It's Caspian.

"Eleena..." Tawag niya at tumayo naman ako. Pagkatayo ko ay bugla akong nahilo pero agad kong di pinahalata kay Caspian.

"How was the kid?" He asked. I smiled at itinuro ang bata.

"He's fine now"

"How about you? Your dress is covered in blood" sabi niya. Napatingin naman ako sa suot ko.

"I'm fine, Caspian. Don't worry" sabi ko at ngumiti sa kanya. Tumango naman ito at nag desisyun na bumalik na sa palasyo.

"Lets go, Eleena" he said and handed his hand on me. I was about to hold his hand when my knees suddenly lost it's strength and felt dizzy.

"Eleena!!"

Napabagsak ako sa sahig at nawalan ng malay.

CASPIAN'S POV

Were back at the palace. Nasa kwarto kami ni Eleena. The Imperial Doctor is checking her.

"How is she?" I ask. Lumayo naman siya kay Eleena at hinarap ako.

"She was using too much of her mana. Sabi ni Duke Leo ay wala siyang maayos na tulog kagabi. She used mana to keep her awake last night,and used all her remaining mana to that child. She needs to rest, so she can recover" sabi niya. I look at her, I should have let her return to her room last night.

This is my fault.

"But we need to check again tomorrow. There's a high chance she would experience high fever or more than that" singit niyang sabi. Umalis naman ito at kami nalang natira ni Leo.

"Leo, you told me----"

"I know, she's unpredictable" sabi niya at tinignan si Eleena.

"Ginamit niya lahat ng mana na pinalabas niya." sabi niya. I should not blame Leo for this.

"She still did a good job. It means she can now control her mana. We wont need to worry about the mana that sleeps inside her, Felix. We just need to refrain her from using too much" paalala niya. She's working too hard.

Eleena, you're now making a reason why I should make you my Empress...

Even the people of Zemira loves you. They would definitely agree on making you my Empress.

"You can leave now, Leo" I ordered him. Lumabas naman siya. I caressed her long hair. When she returned, the first thing I notice when I met her was her hair. It was shining even if it was already dark.

"So, ikaw nanaman ang babantayan ko?" I wispered to her but theirs no response.

I chuckled.

"Rest now, Eleena" I said and kiss her forehead.

I woke up when I felt someone is holding my hand tightly. I got up and check her.

"Eleena?!" I called her but she didn't respons. She looks suffering. Nilagay ko ang kamay sa kanyang noo. Ang init niya.

No...

It can't be

"ALEJANDRO!!!" I yelled. Agad naman pumasok sa loob.

"Call the Imperial Doctor NOW!" I ordered him. Agad siyang umalis. I look at her. Nahihirapan siya sa paghinga. I tried my powers on her but her body was not accepting it.

I hug her. I need to calm her down.

Eleena... please wait a bit more.
