Anyone else try to get over their triggers by triggering themselves, or is that just a me thing?
Also, here are my triggers:
Cutting
Pedophilia
Rape
Sex (only sometimes tho)
Children (they trigger my intrusive thoughts and make me scratch myself. I refuse to traumatize a child because of one of my panic attacks over my dumb thoughts.)
