Maxwell ~ I can believe that my parents are actually cruel enough to make me walk to school all alone just because they wanted to bring my siblings to school. Their school doesn't even start until nine they could've taken time out of their busy schedule to at least drive me to school since they don't want me driving their cars. I had to drop my kids off at a babysitter for the day.
As I was walking to school I stopped by a cafe so I can get breakfast. Since my shitty ass parents didn't make me any food. I headed in and ordered a Carmel ice coffee with a bacon egg and cheese along with a fruit cup. After they gave me my food the only seat left open was next to a girl who had black beats around her neck with a white crop top with a gold chain black and white adidas sweatpants and black and white Jordan's.
I walked up to her "hi can I sit here" I asked really hoping she would let me "yeah sure" she said looking up from her phone which happened to be the iPhone 11 Pro Max in gold. I had the same one also.

"Thanks I'm Maxwell by the way" I said with a slight smile "Jazmine you new around here" she asked siping her coffee "yeah how did you know" I asked "never seen you before and this way is to the public school and no offense you look pretty rich" she said "yeah I am rich not that I want to flaunt it or anything and I know this is the way to the public school I asked my parents if I can attend it instead of the private school" I said
"Hmm okay I feel like there is more to that explanation but I ain't gonna press anymore since it ain't any of my business" She said "thanks your pretty cool for a stranger I just met" I said with a genuine smile "I could say the same about you" she said with the same smile
She then took out a piece of paper and wrote down something handing it to me "here that's my number if you ever want to hang out" she said "thanks does that make us friends now" I asked because I've never had a friend before "yeah and if I'm being honest I hope you will be my friend because you would be my first friend that I've had since middle school" she said
"I would love to be your friend" I said then we exchanged phones and put our numbers in. I put my contact as 👑Max👑. Then she gave me my phone and she put her contact as 👑Jaz👑. We finished eating then left for school. "You want a ride" she asked "yeah sure" I said and we walked over to her car which was a black 2020 Chevrolet Camaro. Which all the windows were tinted.
"Rich much" I said in a taunting tone entering the car "I'm not rich my dad is he thinks that buying me expensive shit will make up for sixteen years of regret it won't but it's whatever. It's not my money it's his" she said starting the car "I totally get it" I said
"It's nice to have someone who understands" she said "yeah I totally agree I've never had a friend before so thanks" I said "it's no problem you'll be my first friend in a while that isn't fake or two faced" she said driving to school she parked in one for the parking.
"What class you got first" she asked I just hand her my class schedule "oh all Ap college class smart boy" she said with a smirk "so we have any classes together" I asked "yeah all of them"she said with a smile showing me her schedule "that's great at least I'll know someone" I said with a smile which she returned
We got out of the car and walked to the school "oh and just a warning I like to walk to my classes early so I don't have to run into fake people" she said "I'm fine with that I usually did the same in my old school to avoid bullies" I said she gave me and look of concern but didn't ask. I had a felling that she would sooner or later though.
I'm glad that at least made a friend at this school. Which is pretty cool. I wonder how the rest of the school would be like.
