You were watching your 5-year-old niece when Dean came home from a hunt.
"Y/N! I'm home" Dean yells at the door
"Coming," you say coming to greet Dean along with your niece
"Hi, Uncle Dean!" Y/N/N (Your Niece's Name) says
"Hey, sweetheart. Were you good for your Aunty Y/N?"
"Uh-huh. What happens to your face?" Y/N/N questions
"Oh, I just got a few scratched. It's okay"
"No. I can fix it. You just get some rest"
Dean ended up falling asleep and not waking up until the next day. He gets up to go to the bathroom and realizes he has something sticky on his face. He looks in the mirror and sees flower band-aids on his face.

"What the heck," Dean says pulling the band-aids
"You fell asleep while she was putting the band-aids on" you say from the bathroom door
"You know she could probably be a doctor when she grows up"
"Yup. She went home last night and didn't want to wake you up"
