RD pov

I really hope this person is just trying to scare me as I don't want anything bad to happen to my friends

I'm not sure what to do about the dance AJ wants me to be her 'date' but I don't think I can I don't want her life to be in danger cos of me

I noticed my phone went off and I checked it and saw.....

*Unknown sent a picture*
I gasped in shock she definitely knows then, she knows my secret

I'm going to have to tell AJ I can't go to the dance with her.

"Dashie, what's wrong," a voice said

I looked around and saw shy behind me smiling at me

"Nothing much Shy," I said to her

"Oh ok, are you excited about the dance," she asked me excitedly

"Yeah, I guess" I responded

"I'm glad you're coming, the girls are so excited you're coming," shy told me

"Yeah, I'm excited too" I responded with a smile

We started walking to the cafeteria where the other girls were

"Howdy, Dash," AJ said to me

"Hey, AJ" I responded back to her and sat on the bench and put my head on the table

"HEY DASHIEEEE" Pinkie started yelling

"Oh hey, Pinkie" I responded back to her

"Dash, what's wrong," Twi asked me but I just shook my head at them

"Is it about the dance, Dashie" Shy asked timidly

I didn't respond to that as I knew that was the reason why and I would have to be straight up about it to AJ even though I knew I would hurt AJ feelings

"You're not thinking about backing up are you, Dash," AJ asked me

I shrugged my shoulders

I then got my head off the table and looked at AJ

"But you promised, Dash," she told me looking at me confused

"Well I didn't pinkie promise, and I don't think I can" I admitted I really hated to do this to AJ, she's my best friend but I can't lie to her

I saw the hurt and sadness in her eyes and I immediately felt bad but I had to do this

AJ pov

I knew what was going on with Dash, she didn't want to go to the dance

"Is it about the dance, Dashie" Shy asked her timidly

I noticed her tense up and didn't saw anything at all so I immediately knew what was wrong

She then got her head off the table and looked at me not saying anything

"But you promised, Dash" I said to her hoping she would still go with me

"Well I didn't pinkie promise, and I don't think I can" Dash told me I didn't know what to do I felt sad she changed her mind maybe she doesn't care about me

I really hoped we could of gone together as I had planned something for her but I wasn't going to get to do if now

My thoughts were then cut off by Pinkie loud voice

"Oh yeah I totally forgot to make you pinkie promise, oops silly me," she said chuckling nervously as everyone glared at her except Dash

I then gave the girls the help signal as I didn't know what to do

"Look Dash, you can't back up if you told AJ you were going to come you can't change your mind" Twi glared at Dash

"Look, Egghead, I don't feel like going alright you can't force me to besides I'm busy anyway," she said putting her hands on her hips getting angry at Twi

"But it'll be boring without you there Dash," Pinkie said looking up at Dash with a sad expression

"And why can't ya go Dash," I said to Dash feeling like she's lying to me

"I have practice that night and you can take one of the girls as your 'date' she said smirking at us

"No y'all don't the dance is taking place in the gym instead" I told her confused

"You don't even understand what I just told you" she said frustration and annoyance in her eyes

"Fine, Shy can be my date instead," I said feeling tears starting to form inside my eyes

"WHAT," Shy said looking shocked

"Whatever I'm going I don't really care anymore," she said glaring at us all and stormed out of the cafeteria

I also left the cafeteria and went off on my own starting to cry

No one's pov

The remainder of the girls looked around the cafeteria confused on what just happened

"I think we need to speak to the girls" Twi eventually spoke after a few minutes

"I'll talk to AJ, see what's wrong with her" Rarity said

"And I'll talk to Dashie, I really hope she's ok," Ahy said smiling a bit

"Ok see if you can get them to calm down and get them to tell you what wrong and help them talk to each other again," Twi said

"They better make up, Appledash needs to happen" Pinkie added

The girls all rolled their eyes at Pinkie's ridiculous outburst

We all nodded and Rarity and shy left the cafeteria going their separate ways looking for Dash and AJ.....
