Ok, so Izukus quirk, he can fly, has near infinite strenth, has extreme regen, can manipulate matter, can create life in the form of nomu, is a psychic and can use quirks of people who mutually consider him a friend. The closer the relationship the stronger the quirk control. If the person is a comrade, he can use their quirk normally. If the person has a crush or sexual pull toward him he will get an evolved version of their quirk. If he is in a relationship with that peron the quirk is boosted to OFA levels.
