He wasn't there again.

What a pain I thought It'd just be for one day..

I got up and found a note next to my bed side table

Hm I wonder what it says

I opened the note and started reading

Hey (y/n)! I'm so sorry I wasn't there when you woke up..I feel oh so bad
I'm just so busy y'know a masterminds gotta do what a masterminds gotta do!
So I might be a bit distant...for a while.

I grabbed a pen and paper and wrote back

I folded the note and quickly got ready for the day

Once I was done I closed the door behind me and slipped my note under the door of kokichis dorm

I got up and started to head over to the dining hall

Once I got there it was just Tsumgi maki shuichi Keebo and himiko

Wow our groups gotten smaller

Maki : ...everyone here looks terrible

Keebo : really? Even I look terrible?

Himiko : well your face always looks like that..

Tsumgi : what are you talking about?

Himiko : we're discussing how we wanna die right?

Himiko : I wanna go without suffering...maki can you do something about that

Maki : sure..but before I do take a look at this

Shuichi : is that...a flashback light?..maki why do you have that?

Maki : it was on top of the table when I went to the dining hall this morning

Shuichi : it was just..sitting there?

Himiko : Kokichi probably just put it there...

Keebo : to conform the truth perhaps..if we use that flashback light , we may recover memories that corroborate his story...

Himiko : so we're supposed to use the flashback light to confirm the truth Kokichi told us...

Tsumgi : we don't need to conform anything..we saw...the outside world for ourselves...

Maki :...do you want to die?...comfortably? I can't help you but....we should check the flash back light first

Shuichi : Huh?

Himiko : why do we have to do that?

Maki : it's the only thing we can do right now if we're going to die , then we might aswell do anything we can. We'll have no regrets that way...and even if it is dangerous, it wouldn't matter anymore right? So let's do what we can
