You see me pretending to smile.
You see me pretending to be happy.
....... And you see the scars
But yet you see it as me seeking attention.
Why would I want to seek attention for something that hurts soo much?.
Why would you take it as me trying to seek attention?.
Well I am trying to seek attention
I'm trying to tell you that I am hurt
I am broken
And I need your help.
Even if it's just you telling me it's gonna be alright
Even if it's you taking my hand and saying, "you're gonna get through this".
But no.
You see it as me trying to be this sad, depressed little girl who's trying to get sympathy from everyone.
It's not even like that
But that's all you see it as.
