Sad,
Is sad is really just sad?
It takes more to be sad.
It was regretting one's choice,
A choice which there's no turning back.
It was wrath and anger,
When we discovered that we were cheated or fooled.
It was an unbearable pain,
As we lost the chance to bid goodbye forever.
It was humiliation,
Through a blatant rejection of unrequited love.
'Sad' consists of three letters,
But the state of being sad goes beyond.
It takes a lot to be sad,
And a lot more to cope with it.
