"What's my story?" Liz asked, readjusting her blouse.

The BAU had figured out the rapist was trying to get women pregnant and was under the delusion that he was doing these women a favor and giving them a 'gift'.

The team had devised a plan to lure him in without any harm being done. Hotch and Gideon had decided Elle wasn't mentally focused enough to go undercover, and had been left with one choice, Liz. "You're a legal secretary, 36, divorced. Back there, the questionnaire's 2 days. So in the unsub's mind he's already behind his normal schedule."

"This guy's itching for another victim, though. Once he sees that form he's going to want to stake you out. You need to let him see you. He wants to know when you leave, when you come home, when you have friends over. He breaks into these houses when the women are away. So, he needs to see you leave."

"All we need him to do is to get him to breach that door. Once we get him on breaking and entering, we got reason to get DNA and his ass is ours." Morgan tried to reassure the girl. "Another thing, don't go out with your gun on, it's too risky. If he sees it, we might lose him. Keep it someplace inside so you can get to it easily. Elle and I going to be right out front. Hotch and Gideon will be around the corner in the surveillance van. And don't forget you're wired, so we'll be with you at all times."

Liz nodded, turning to her boyfriend and seeing the uneasy look on his face as she wrapped her arms around his neck, his hands instinctively placing themselves on her waist. "I'll be okay. They'll be with me, nothing will happen, Penny."

"I know, but it's still not safe."

"Baby, crossing the road isn't safe. If it were up to you, I'd never leave the house." Spencer chuckled. "You're right."

"I know I am." She smiled, bringing the genius in for a long kiss, ignoring the wolf whistles erupting from Morgan. "Okay, maybe next time you kiss me, kiss me like you're going to see me again." Spencer shook his head slightly, pecking the girl once again.

"Well, if you don't come back, marry me?" Liz laughed, almost forgetting the rest of the team's presence. "I'd love to marry you, Penny, but save that question for a time where I'm not about to go undercover?"

"Got it."

-----

Nightfall had come and Liz had been lounging around in the house all day, waiting for the right moment to leave. The time had come and she began to walk towards 'her' car, pretending not to be on high alert.

And that's when hell broke loose.

Elle exited Morgan's car, gun out as she speed walked to a car Liz had noticed earlier, assuming it was the unsub. "FBI, put your hands where I can see them." She announced, approaching the driver's window. She swung the door open, pulling the man out of the car. "Get out of the car! Right now! Get on the ground!" She pinned him to the ground, gun aimed at his head as she ignored the sounds of several other cars and people interfering with the scene, including Liz.

A couple of men pulled the suspect up, shoving him into the back seat of a car, ignoring his pleas.

-----

The police station was busy with people rushing around, but Liz could easily notice their suspect walking freely. "You're letting him walk?" She heard Elle exclaim at Hotch.

"Back off, Elle."

"You don't know what he's done!"

"The only reason he's walking is because you decided to put Elizabeth's safety in jeopardy." Hotch stated. "I'm supposed to believe that you've got her back?" She shot back.
