When the doorbell rings at three in the morning, it's never good news. It was known everywhere that 3 was crime time, it was the gloomiest and darkest part of the night and almost anything could happen. Emmeline Chan had become extremely wary when she had heard the knock on her door at the peculiar timing. The possibilities of who the suspicious man behind her door was had come creeping towards Emmeline's slowly. She crept down her staircase hoping that the vexatious and suspicious creaking wouldn't rat her out to the unexpected visitor by her door. The suspicions of the man behind the door being a murderer corrupted her mind and as she clutched her head it seemed as though she had begun to question herself. Why would want her? What had she done? Had she done something without knowing herself? These questions kept on reaching towards and grabbing her almost instantly. The curiosity was like an invisible force, pulling her without a second thought. As she had reached towards the final step laid out on the majestic staircase, a final thud had pulled her out of the mind- curling thoughts.

A ray of courage had shone upon the young woman as she had silently begun to open the door fearlessly. It appeared that the lady's suspicions as to what would be outside had not been fulfilled as she stared at the tattered looking box with an expression of confusion upon her face. It seemed as though young Emmeline was expecting a man or visitor to be in the box's place. She carefully told hold of the old – looking box and seemed to be addled once she had seen that the box had been addressed to her. The suspicions of who the sender of the box could have been seemed to have taken over her in fear as she shook in fear as she went inside of her house, not a care in the world that her front door was wide open.

Emmeline would have been lying to say that she hadn't worried about what could be in the parcel. She opened it, with her hand shaking fear present all across her face and hands. Once again, the expression of confusion came over her face as she had seen that inside the large box there was only a camera and a letter, she reached inside to grasp the letter carefully placed inside had also been addressed to her. Without a second to spare she eagerly opened the letter but only shortly later her leg seemed to have been stabbed. From the pain of the stab, she clutched onto a chair nearby but failed as she attempted to sit down. Fear erupted all over her as she shivered in worry, at that moment she instantly fell to the ground but that was not what she was wondering about, it was that – she had recognized her attacker's deep and cold blue eyes. Where had she seen those eyes before? She suddenly gasped as the unknown man once again had thrust the same knife into me once again however the location varied. This time the knife had been plunged deep into her heart and had pained much more. Just before the impact of the weapon in my heart has reached her, she realised that he wore a long-sleeved brown coat and a black scarf, it was at that moment that she had realized the identity of the man who had been desperately been trying to murder her, but she wouldn't be able live to tell a single soul.

At 03:09 in the morning, when Julianna Williams had heard screams she had awoken immediately. She had realized the source of the desperate screams. She quickly put on a pair of boots, threw on a coat and hurried to her neighbour's house to investigate. Juliana Williams was a lovely lady, especially to her neighbour, when she would learn that her neighbour, Emmeline Chan had been murdered she would be one of those who mourned heavily. Once Juliana had arrived at the home of her neighbour, she politely knocked but once a minute had passed and there was no reply, she assumed the worst and kicked the door open with all her strength and surprisingly it had opened. Surprisingly her suspicions had been filled, in most cases, this wasn't a bad thing. However, in this case, this was not true for indeed because once Juliana had seen Emmeline dead, Juliana had felt so deeply downhearted. Minutes had passed by as Juliana mourned for her dead neighbour. The clock had struck 03:19 when Juliana had mustered up the courage and then called the police.

At 03:22 in the morning Emmeline Chan had been declared dead.

It was 03:27 when Emmeline's family and her close friends had been informed of the saddening news. At that time many had broken down in tears hoping that this was just a nightmare and that Emilie wasn't dead. In a nearby alleyway to Emmeline's house, a sinister grin spread across a man's face when he had been told via phone of the murder of his 'dear' friend.

The alarm clock on her bedside table had read 03:40when detective Emilie had been awoken to be informed of the new case she had been given. She had been extremely tired, especially because if the late night she had had the day before. Though she felt unbearably drowsy she still managed to get dressed, get in her car and drive to the mansion of the newest murder she had been assigned to investigate. There were many other detectives there, however, all of them had only noticed the dead body and the letter she held. Detective Emilie was unlike all the other detectives though, she was the first to notice the camera that was flashing, indicating that it still recording.

This was the unique thing about Emilie, she always looked at the evidence that surrounded the body, never the evidence on the body. Many detectives had found that once Emilie had seen an object near the victim, she would erupt like a volcano saying how happy she was and how glad she was. This seemed to confuse many of her colleagues and over time they seemed to think she was crazy. Pulling on her gloves, Emilie swiftly grabbed the camera. Only to notice some information she had been missing.
