Yoon Soo, Yoongi, Jimin and Hoseok were sitting outside the ICU of Seoul International Clinic, all of their faces pale and bodies tired.

The doctor came out after a few more minutes, removing his glasses in sorrow.

Yoongi immediately jolted up from his seat and ran towards the doctor, hurriedly asking about his sister.

"Doctor! How is she? Is she okay? Can I please see her? Doctor, say somethi-" "Hyung! Hyung, let him talk." Hobi pulled him back, as the doctor sighed.

"Listen Mr Min, she's fine. There's nothing to worry about, but..."

"But what, doctor? I thought you said there's nothing to worry about. Why is there always a 'but' after a good news? Doctor-"

"If you would only let me finish," the doctor interrupted, gritting his teeth together, "-the alkali solution that was sprayed on her was some sort of highly concentrated detergent solution. And..." the doctor sighed, and Yoongi, instead of yelling at the doctor, ran his hands through his hair in frustration.

"The ocular surface of both her eyes have sustained great damage, and she'll probably be visually impaired from now on. I'm sorry, Mr Min. There's nothing we can do right now, but maybe after her eyes are healed, we can try performing a surgery with an eye donor. But, I must say, the healing will most likely take two to three years," the doctor explained and then left the area.

Jimin cursed under his breath.

Hobi shook his head in disbelief.

Yoon Soo muffled her cries with her palm.

And Yoongi...

Well, he felt guilty.

If only he could make things right. If only.
