Egypt jerked from her slumber. The blaring rings of Prince's cellphone filled the spacious room. Egypt yawned and examined the room to find where the noise was coming from. She found Prince's cell phone jittering about at the foot of the bed. She tapped Prince upon his shoulder and awoken him from his slumber as well. Prince rubbed his fatigued eyes with his palms. As he opened his light-brown eyes he noticed the sun had arisen before he did. ''Prince, I think we're in trouble.'' Egypt whispered. ''Oh god, I am so fired.'' Prince groaned. Egypt was feeling very apprehensive about the day ahead. She should have gone home by herself yesterday. She didn't want Prince to lose his job. ''What are we going to do?'' Egypt groaned. She tossed Prince's clothing to him and pulled hers back on. ''I'm sorry, Prince.'' Egypt said. Her eyes grew misty at the thought of Prince becoming homeless. ''No baby, it's okay. This isn't your fault.'' Prince reassured. Egypt disapproved of Prince's reassurance. She insisted that it was all her fault that Prince had gotten into this mess. ''Please don't cry, Egypt.'' He muttered. Prince scooped Egypt up and held her body close to his. Egypt placed her head upon his chest and used this time to cuddle him. ''What if my mom finds out?'' Egypt asked. She gazed at Prince seeking for reassurance from him. He always seemed to have great ideas. ''They will not, I will make sure of this.'' Prince soothed. Prince held Egypt a little tighter, cradling her with his soul. Egypt's tears fell onto Prince's chest. His heart always broke when he saw his beloved sob. ''I don't want you to get hurt.'' She whimpered. Prince shook his head as Egypt broke down in his arms. He knew what he had to do to protect Egypt from trouble. ''Egypt, baby,  I need you to listen to me.'' Prince directed. Egypt nodded in response to Prince notion, still covering her flushed face with Prince's bare chest. ''I need you to stay here and close all of the curtains. After you have finished that I need you to wash your clothes.'' Prince ordered. Egypt nodded in agreeance to Prince's instructions and did exactly what was asked of her. Once Prince left the home, Egypt laid back in Prince's bed and closed her eyes. She weeped and weeped until she finally had gone to sleep. A few hours later, Prince returned to his home after a long day's work. He walked into his bedroom and found Egypt wallowing in despair. ''I know you're mad; but I did what was best for you.'' Prince explained.

Egypt shook her head at his explanation and pulled the sheets over her face. There was nothing Prince could say to Egypt that would ever make her forget that day. Prince extended his hand to Egypt's cheek and caressed them. She pushed Prince away from her and fled to the restroom where she would sulk for hours. Prince sat upon his bed and projected a lengthy sigh. ''I know you must think that I am the biggest dick ever.'' He empathized. ''YES, YES YOU ARE!'' Egypt exclaimed. Prince walked over to his bathroom door and sat upon the floor. He knocked on the door to spark Egypt's attention. She grumbled at the sound of Prince trying to reconcile their differences. She wasn't ready to forgive Prince quite yet.  ''Egypt, will you please open the door?'' Prince pleaded. Egypt stood inside of the bathroom not moving an inch from her spot. She grumbled unruly words beneath her breath. This made Prince angry. He kicked the door in frustration. Who knew Egypt could be so childish? Prince sat upon the bed again and flicked through the television. Many hours have passed since Egypt had last been out of the bedroom. Prince was growing lonely outside of those titled walls. ''Egypt, Are you still mad at me?'' Prince asked, exhaustedly. Egypt stood her ground, not tiring out one bit. Prince apologized to Egypt from the other side of the home. She accepted the apology that Prince had pleaded for. She strolled out of the bathroom door and wiped her eyes with her palm.

Egypt sat adjacent from Prince and watched the television. ''What's this you are watching?'' Egypt asked. ''The Godfather.'' Prince whispered. ''What's that?'' Egypt asked. ''A movie.'' Prince sighed. Egypt felt extreme boredom spring upon her by the second. She crawled into Prince's lap and laid her head upon his chest. He stroked her hair as the movie went on. Prince appeared to be infatuated into the movie. Egypt wanted Prince's attention so badly that she ached. After the movie Egypt's face frowned up again. This time she wasnt happy. ''What's wrong?'' Prince asked. ''I wanna go home.''Egypt whimpered.  Prince's heart sank down to his stomach as Egypt expressed her dissatisfaction. ''What do y-you mean?'' Prince stuttered. ''I wanna go home, Prince.'' Egypt replied, sternly. Prince gazed at her with a disgusted face.  ''I'm going home, Prince.''Egypt stated. She went inside of the washroom and gathering her clothes. Prince followed her inside of the room and closed the door. Egypt turned around and saw Prince at the door. ''Get out of my way!'' Egypt exclaimed as she pulled her clothing on.''Egypt, please don't leave me. ''Prince comanded. Egypt began to twist the knob upon the door and this made Prince's blood boil. ''Egypt, If you leave me, I swear...'' Prince began to threaten. Egypt fiddled with the door again, this time Egypt realized the was doorknob was stuck.  Egypt grumbled to herself once she noticed the doorknob. ''Let me go!'' Egypt shouted. ''No, I don't wanna let you,go. I love you.'' Prince whimpered. ''I wanna go home!''Egypt shouted once more. Prince could feel his blood boiling over.  He grasped upon Egypt and jerked her body forward. Egypt struggled to get out of his grasp; however Prince's body overpowered hers. He knocked her upon the floor and pinned her frame down. ''Egypt, you made me do this. You made me with way!''Prince exclaimed. ''Please don't hurt me.'' Egypt muttered. ''I won't hurt you, If you don't leave me.'' Prince replied, mutteringly. ''I won't leave you. I promise.'' Egypt whispered. Prince smiled and placed a kiss upon her lips. He released her from his grip and picked her frail body up. ''Go run a bath'' Prince comanded. He opened the door and scooped Egypt in his arms. He walked down to the bathroom and placed her in his tub. He stepped into the tub and unravled her from her clothes, as he did this he began to place small pecks all over her body. ''I love you so much. '' He whispered as he ran the bath. He poured his caramel bath wash into the water and he held Egypt closely as usual. Prince hummed a lullaby into her ear. This soothed Egypt just a bit. Prince pulled off his soaking wet clothes and plopped them onto the floor. He placed more kisses upon Egypt. He grasped upon her hand and ran it down his wet body. He moaned out as it had taken place. He then grasped upon the sponge lofa and caressed her body with the sponge. ''See Egypt, aren't you enjoying this?''Prince questioned. Egypt nodded her head and snuggled even closer to Prince. ''I love you Egypt, Don't you see how happy we are? Don't see how happy we can be?'' Prince persuaded. Egypt whimpered softly into Prince's chest. She caressed his chest with her fingertips  and commenced to whispering in his ear. ''If you were hurting me, would you want me to tell you?'' Egypt asked. ''Yes.'' Prince replied. ''Well you are.'' Prince was astonished, he had never thought their relationship would get to this point. ''Prince, I'm breaking up with you.'' Egypt confessed. Prince could fell his tears piercing through his eyes. It took him everything to hold back. ''Fine, leave me then.'' Prince muttered. He fought to keep himself together. He could feel himself losing it as Egypt pulled on her clothes. Egypt was surprised that he let her go so easily. She was so sure something was up. ''What the hell!'' Egypt exclaimed. ''What do you want?'' Prince asked, sobingly. ''You said you wanted to leave me, so just go!'' Prince screamed. Egypt ran out of his apartment in tears, she couldn't believe the strength his emotions had upon her. She stopped at the center of the apartment, gasping for air. She looked behind to see herself leaving behind what she once wanted so badly. She couldn't give him up, SHE WOULDN'T GIVE HIM UP; but right now she had to. She ran as fast her feet could carry her. She took a short cut and ran straight past Kim's house. As she stopped and to pant, Kim whom was home at the time looked through her window. She found Egypt half-naked bawling into her freshly-cut grass. Kim lifted up her dusted window and yelled her name. ''Egypt!'' She screamed. Egypt began panicking and commenced to running away. She ran inside her unlocked house and locked the door. She slid down the door and sat there, hysterically sobbing. ''I'm so stupid!'' She shouted. Shortly after she exploded she picked herself up. She scanned the house to find all of her mothers belongings in the very place she had left it. Egypt had felt a perplexed aura rest upon her shoulders. She crept to her mother's room and opened the door. Inside of the room she found her mother, passed out. Egypt could feel her soul leaving out of her body. She would most likely describe the situation the feeling of being stuck in a never-ending movie. She sat on the bed to re-caluculate what had just occured. The first thing Egypt did was check for a pulse; however there was non. Egypt's mother had passed away and there was nothing at all she could do about it. She reached for the nearest telephone and dialed Prince's , now ex-boyfriend's number. He picked up right away. ''I'm sorry'' Egypt sobbed into the phone. ''I'M SORRY YOU WERE RIGHT I WAS WRONG. RIGHT NOW, I JUST NEED YOU!'' Egypt screamed. Prince felt his heart breaking at the sound of Egypt's voice, without a wonder in his mind he rushed right over to her.

Egypt sat on the carpeted floor hyperventilating. She glared at her mother's lifeless body as she slowly started to lose her color. All of the memories she and her mother created together were now gone. They were gone forever and there was nothing she could do about it. Egypt got up after a long while of staring and brushed herself off. She stepped over her limp mother's body and walked over to her bathroom. Egypt placed her hand upon the faucet and moved the handle to the left. She splashed cold water onto her face and looked at herself in the mirror. ''What have I become?''  She stripped herself of her dirty clothing and washed off her sticky skin. She examined the bruises upon her body that seem to have stung when the water touched it.  She bit her lip in agony, Oh how the bruises ached. Egypt knew the way Prince was treating her wasn't right. She knew she had to get away; but right now this wasn't the best of times. Right now, whether she liked it or not she knew she had to deal with Prince. It was too late to take back their encounters; however it isn't too late to make amends. Besides, its their first fight, Prince couldn't possibly hold resentment so quickly. Egypt trampled over her mother's body, this making it a rather bouncy trip to her closet. She pulled out one of her mother's pajama sets and wore it as she waited tirelessly for Prince.

Over at Prince's residence , he had already dried himself and pulled his clothing on. He sat on the couch with burning liquid filling his eyes. A part of him wanted to leave Egypt to her own devices, while another part of him wanted to hold Egypt close and watch the clouds move effortlessly across the clear blue sky. It wasn't that kind of moment though. He jerked his body off of the couch and grabbed his keys. He knew what he had to do. Prince was like an animal on the road, even more animalistic than he is with Egypt in his bed. Although, he and Egypt had a fight, he still had much love for her. Prince couldn't stand to see her upset. He would do anything to turn her sadness into glowing joy. He truly loved her and it was visible. It took him awhile to arrive to Egypt's residence. He knocked upon the door, vigorously. His 'baby' was in there and he had to rescue her from the future's melancholy and anguish. Egypt opened the door and linked eyes ''Prince'' who waited tirelessly for her. ''Hey.'' she muttered to him as she invited him into her abode. She motioned to her mother's body, as lifeless as can be. Prince moved over to her mother's body to check for a pulse. He felt nothing. ''Dammit!'' He exclaimed. Egypt wanted so badly to cry; but somehow she knew it was for the best. So, she kept the rest of her tears to herself. ''Egypt, this is bad, babe. I'm not blaming you for this; but this is very, very bad!''  Prince cried. ''What should we do?'' Egypt asked. She was so tired of the drama that had been happening lately. She was at her end. Prince hung his head low in both confusion and disbelief. Egypt began to have enough of it. She exclaimed to Prince, ''Let's just leave her here. I honestly don't care. She was never there for me. She treated me terribly. She did it to herself. If only she would have listened to me. If only she would have realized how many nights I cried myself to sleep, maybe then, maybe just then she'd still be alive and we would have the best mother and daughter relationship!'' Prince even felt himself getting a little choked up on his end. He couldn't think of anything else better to do. So, they decided it was best to leave her alone. Egypt pranced around the house, she searched for all her belongings and packed them in her mint colored suitcase. She placed all of her belongings in Prince's vehicle. Prince hit the gas like it was the first time he had even touched a car. They drove off into the sunset, just like how Prince would have usually imagined it. There they arrived at Prince's residence and unloaded the vehicle. It was such a hassle; but they finally had gotten inside. Egypt collapsed upon the bed. The sheets still were sticky and foul odored. Cleanliness was the last thing on their mind though. A long day like this deserved a long slumber. Egypt batted her eyelashes as the fatigue of the day started to consume her body. She shifted her head towards Prince and linked contact with his light brown eyes. She sighed to herself and commenced to speaking. ''Prince?'' .. Prince batted his intrigued eyes and replied. ''Yes, darling?''

Egypt could barely keep her speech on track; however she mustered up enough energy to ask a question. ''Do you still love me?''  Prince pulled Egypt's face closer to him, his lips meeting Egypt's ever so slightly puckered lips. ''You should never have to wonder about that.'' Prince reassured.

Prince placed a kiss upon her forehead as sleep began to conquer her thinking. Egypt had drifted to sleep and soon enough did Prince.
