I woke up with a massive headache and looked at my surroundings. I was in a dark alleyway and a bunch of kids were staring at me. I put a hand to my head and sat up groaning in pain. The boys looked at me, then looked at each other, then looked at me again. There were five of them, one female who had dark brown hair in a pixie cut and chocolate doe eyes and four males, one with white hair and brown eyes, one with dyed blue hair and brown eyes, one with black hair and blue eyes and the last with light brown hair that was slightly curly and jet black eyes.
"Hey... I thought you said he was dead..." The female whispered to a male with light brown hair. I stared at her for a second while she slipped behind said male and peeked out behind him, staring at me like I was some kind of species in a zoo. I scowled and shuffled backwards only for my head to give off a searing pain. I groaned and held my head. The guy with white hair stood up from where he was looking at a random box and man was he tall. The giant started to walk over to me; I shuffled back till my back was up against a wall. He was an easy 6'0 foot while I was a mere 5'7 feet, I was obviously the shortest here, besides the girl, and they obviously worked out... there was no way I'd be able to take them on and my body wasn't in any shape to be stopping time anytime soon, I mean... I'd just traveled through time without a clue how far... The guy bent down and smiled at me.
"Hi! I'm Lucas!" He smiled at me again and stuck his hand out. I'm confused... What am I meant to do with that? I looked at his hand, then looked at him confused. "You shake it." I was still confused.
"Lucas! Are you an idiot or what? We know nothing about this dude, except for the fact that he fell out of a box. How do you know that he is friendly?" The guy with blue hair said and pushed Lucas behind him, glaring at me.
"Weren't you the one who saw that this would-" Lucas started before over-protective guy slapped him to get him to shut up. Wait... saw this? Saw... this? How could he see that this was going to happen unless...
"I-Irregular?" I whispered and looked at him with huge eyes. He glared at Lucas before holding me by my throat and pushed me up the wall so that my feet were hanging off the ground. I scratched at his hand that was slowly starting to suffocate me.
"Great, thanks Lucas, we have to kill him now before he calls the authorities." His grip on my throat tightened and I saw Lucas lower his head in shame.
"Sorry Kain.." He stuttered out and looked at the blue haired guy with puppy dog eyes, who was near to making me pass out. Through the pain and lack of oxygen, I managed to stutter an "I'm one too" before everything went black and I fainted.
