Olivier notices that I am in shock so she walks to me and says with a smile,
'When we first moved in I had the same expression every time I walked'.
'Wow' I say.
'Come on I will show you to your room' She says and I follow behind.
We go up the stairs and she opens the first door and at this point I am just quiet. This so different from my old room. I don't like it that much but I am learning to love it the more I look at it.

Its not dull but at the same time its not colorful. The combination of the colors is the correct balance. Its not fancy and all and I guess that is why I like it. Olivier looks at me waiting for a reaction but doesn't get one...well one that is noticeable, she then says
'We didn't want to decorate it for you. We wanted you to do by yourself.'
'I like it' I say with a small smile and I notice her let go of breathe I didn't know she was holding.
She helps me move all my things in. She was making small talk trying to get to know me and I wasn't being so friendly. I answered bleakly and when we were done getting my things from the cars I felt kind of bad for not being open so I said

'I would love to' she said and this time we actually engaged in conversation.
She asked what my plans were for the summer, if I liked cooking (which I do), what my favorite color is, if I wanted to go shopping with her all the basic stuff. It was nice talking to someone normally like nothing happened, it felt freeing. After we were done unpacking she left me to unwind. I lay on my bed and just took it all in...my new life.
I had been reading for a while and I decided to go to the pool. It was summer and I could tan naturally. So I change into my two piece swimsuit and as I open my door I notice the door opposite mine is open. I peep inside and I watch a guy reveal his tatted back. Unknowingly I bite my lip. 'We've met.' he says with a smirk.
'No we haven't' I say on impulse.
'So you decided to find the least attractive girl?' he says.

'James apologize' Olivier commands
'No, I won't. She should go look for her parents and leave mine alone.' he says and walks away
'Erin I am so sorry. He normally isn't this impolite' she says
