" Let's go" I said as Shinra charged at me throwing kicks

" Not fast enough" I said as I stopped his kick with my hand

" Hotter fire and you need to move faster" I said as my eyes glowed purple

" Flame Burst" I said as a burst of flame pushed Shinra back

" Ok then" Shinra said as the fire from his feet looks hotter but it wasn't

" Hey look don't try so hard, if you do you might overheat and you don't want that to happen" I said as I put my palm out

" Stay calm and focus on the heat of the fire" I said as a ball of fire appeared in front of my palm and it changed colors from red to blue and also changed sizes with the red fire ball being larger than the blue

" I'm not saying to change your fire to blue but get it close to the heat of blue fire, like this" I said as the color changed from blue to a very vibrant red

" Got it" Shinra said as he tried to make his fire hotter but it didn't work

" I can't do it" Shinra said as I smiled

" It's ok, just keep on trying" I said as I looked at Arthur and he was getting beaten up by Maki

" You guys have a long way to go" I said as I looked at my hands

" I do too" I thought as lightning sparks come from my hand

" Ha" I yelled as I aimed my hand up in the sky and a lightning bolt came from my hand

" THAT'S SO COOL JAYE" Maki yelled

" It's hard to control, that's all I can do really without losing control" I said as I looked at the ground

" Just got to get better, and maybe this over note could help" I thought as Hinawa ordered us to do some office work for the time being

" Why is there so much" Shinra whined

" Oh shut it, it's not that much" I said as I looked at the time

" I'll make lunch" I said as I got up

" Could I help" Shinra asked

" Sure, come on" I said as Shinra happily got up and followed me to the kitchen

" Do you know how to make dumplings" I asked

" N-no" Shinra said

" Do you like dumplings" I asked

" Yeah" Shinra said

" What kind" I asked as I got out some pork

" Any type of dumplings" Shinra said as I smiled

" Well I am gonna make my mothers famous pork dumplings, she gave my father the recipe and he would make them on my birthday" I said

" Is today your birthday" Shinra asked

" Nope, just felt like having them today" I said with a smile and I gave Shinra some onions and carrots

" Chop these up please and then tell me when you're done" I said as I went over to the stove and put the ground pork in the pot

" So, do you like to cook" Shinra asked as I looked over at him

" Yeah, my mom liked to cook as well" I said as I stir the pork around

" I am done with the onions and carrots" Shinra said as I walked over to him and took the cutting board from him and added the vegetables in the pot
