A/N! I made this story on my main account, and was halfway through before i got locked out of it. Anyway, its the same concept but just edited and re-written. If you haven't seen the first one I did, forget about everything I just said. Anyway, Teehee, enjoy!
"Hurry up Angel!" I giggled. Angel huffed, trying to catch her breath. "Yeah...huff... I'm coming....huff...you're just too fast!" I rolled my eyes. "If we go any slower, the sun's gonna rise!" She nodded. "Okay okay, I'm going as fast as I can!" She exclaimed as she ran up to me.
Today was blackout day. Once a year, before sunrise, the city turns off all their lights so we can see the stars brighter. Me and my best friend Angel have always wanted to go see it, but our parents have never let us. They say, "It's too dangerous to be out at night!" and, "We're too busy to take you!" Yet somehow, we managed to convince them.
Well...not entirely....
We were supposed to go alone, but my mom insisted that we bring my older brother Daniel- which is really no different- Daniel would ditch us and run if we got kidnapped, but according to mom, we'll be 'safer' with him. Anyway..
Once Angel caught up to me, we found a nice spot in the grass to sit and watch the stars and the sunrise. "Daniel, mom didn't make you watch us just for you to be on your phone." I stated. "Oh yeah? Well If I didn't come with you guys, you wouldn't be here in the first place." He remarked. "Sorry for caring." I mumbled. Angel tapped me on the shoulder and shook her head, as if saying, "Just leave it alone." I nodded. He just gets on my nerves sometimes.
"I wish they did this more often." Angel said as she gazed at the stars. "Yeah, It's beautiful." wait, what's that over there? "Hey, that Mountain over there, maybe we could climb it to get a better view." I pointed to the mountain. It wasn't huge, but it looked small enough to climb in under an hour. Angel nodded and we started walking to it. "Go ahead, I'm gonna go find a bathroom or something." Daniel sighed lazily before getting up and walking the other direction.
~30 minutes later~
"Huff....that took...huff....pretty long..." Angel said in between large breaths. "Yeah, but I think it was worth it." I giggled. We were only halfway up the mountain, but we felt so tired. "I'm going to sit up on the very top." Angel said, before lifting herself over the rocks. Everything was fine until...
*CRACK!*
*SCREAM!*
"HELP!" Angel cried. I shot up to look over the edge. "ASH HELP! I-I'M SLIPPING!"
Angel was holding onto the ledge, losing her grip by the minute, trying not to fall into the abyss that was the mountain. I tried lifting her up, but I was too weak from the climb. "Don't let go okay? I'll get you out." Angel squeaked. "I-I think I'm going to fall Ash.."
"No, no don't say that, I-I can help you.." Angel shook her head as she glared down below. "Ash-" She started.
*CRACK*
And we both fell into the mountain.
