I won't go to your house and knock,
On your door, I won't try to talk
No matter how much I want to
Or how much time has passed.
Friendships drift, they part
Not all are meant to last.
As we gray the years fade
withering flickers of black.
No matter how I try
I cannot deny
How much I want you back.
As I think about you
One thing remains true.
In this sea of strife
I will never forget you
For the rest of my life.
