  Why do people decline reading requests?

Well people are actually busy and would not want to make a promise he or she won't fufil

Some people put on their description I DO NOT ACCEPT READING REQUESTS (for now)

Some people actually feel posting requests on their message boards is infringement of privacy

In short don't ask people to read your book if yoi don't accept requests..i have come across someone who dosent let people post on his maessgae board so I don't expect that person to post on any one else's message board

Aren't people supposed to be nice, asper it is a Favour I am giving them now??  Or what do you think..
