so this is the second time we see apples, but I believe it is the first time for the girls because the first scene with the apple was a flash into future
SinB is looking at the apples like she wants to eat them but knows it's wrong, clearly the apples represent Temptation/ lust like in the Bible
From this we can assume she ate the apple as well as her other members except Eunha (you will see why not Eunha)
