𝟬𝟮. let's call it mech x4 (part two)

Start from the beginning

"See! That's how you do it." Hana praised.

"How can someone be so perfect." Spyder complimented in awe, causing the girl to hid behind her hands as she was intensely blushing.

"Ryan, this is me, you're talking to. You say us but you mean you, right?" Harris questioned.

"No, no, I mean Mech X4. Harris, are you really ok with people being afraid of us?" Ryan asked.

"Fine but only while face recognition is running. As soon as I get a match...." Harris started but got cut off by Hana, who was bored by his rambling.

"Let's go already!" Hana yelled in annoyance.

"Yeah, let's do this!" Ryan agreed and on cue, everyone retreated back to their designated stations. "Let's be heroes!" The entire team cheered in sync.

The team had gone out into the city to see if they could help the citizens in anyway to make them feel more comfortable about Mech X4's presence. The team was able to stop a burglar from stealing an old lady's purse, retrieved a little boy's frisbee out of tree but ended up scarring all the children away and even went to Harper Futuristics to save a window cleaner from falling off his ladder.

"He's a beautiful man, put him down easy." Harris warned.

"I know, hold on." Ryan assured as he placed the man gently on the ground.

The team was also able to get a chance to get a glimpse of the legendary and billionaire inventor, Seth Harper. Ryan gave the thumps up to and he even returned it. Everyone could hear Harris was practically squealing of excitement in his seat as said billionaire was indeed his hero.

"See that, Harris. Your hero Seth Harper is giving us the thumbs up." Ryan pointed out, in hopes that would get Harris to lighten up more on the situation. As he kept complaining about being pulled away from his facial recognition app the entire time.

"I know. I just want to grab that thumb and shake that hand." Harris imagined, grabbing the control stick on his desk, think it was Seth Harper and began shaking it.

Harris then realized that he was dreaming and everything wasn't real. "No! Stop that! You're doing that thing where you suck me into your crazy plans because they're fun." He yelled at Spyder.

"It was fun!" Spyder argued.

"But irresponsible." Harris reminded. He definitely didn't trust the rambunctious boy when it came to fun ideas as Spyder's idea of fun was blowing something up or getting caught with the police.

"Which is why it was fun." Spyder finished.

"Doing irresponsible things is more fun then being responsible." Hana added and Spyder nodded in agreement. The two had irresponsibility in common.

"And that's why you ended up at the Bay City juvenile detention centre." Natalie pointed out.

"Hey! It wasn't my fault the neighbour called the cops. I didn't even know she was watching." Hana shrugged, causing the other girl to shake her head.

"Guys! I need to get back to that video and unlock its secrets." Harris reminded, picking up his tablet from the desk to continue his work.

"Sure, sure soon as we hit the X-deck and turn on the tv and soak in some of that hometown love." Ryan announced happily.

The team had made it back safely to the junkyard and abandoned all of their stations to relax in the robot's lounge room. They were excited to see what kind of good things were in store for them because of their recent actions but received the total opposite. "FEAR! Is what Bay City should be feeling right!" The news reporter on the tv, shouted.
