"Sir, we ave conflicting reports of Sepvain District forces in the area." One of the researchers sitting in front of the multitude of computers relayed to the lead manager. "What do they say?" The lead manager managed to reply before a streak of light proved he no longer had a head on his shoulders. The researcher who had alerted the managers watched in horror as more streaks of light left more and more people with fatal wounds. Three cloaked figures entered the room and the researcher managed to notice the figures bore Sepvain badges before their head hit the floor revealing a fourth figure standing behind them, blood stained katana in hand. Strangely enough, that was all the three original figures saw before they were cut down as well.
