Rapunzel's POV
"come on lets get you inside" tony said as he parked up outside "do you have your keys?"
"no, I left them home" I said quietly
"okay, are the boys there?" he asked, and I nodded. then he got out so I followed him to the door. I knocked just before Jonah answered the door - he had a smile on his face before he saw the mascara stains that were on my face
"what's wrong? what's happened?" he opened his arms and I walked into him and hugged onto his tight.
"the school went into hard lockdown for an active shooter. the head didn't even tell the other teachers it was a drill so literally everyone thought it was real. he had officers run around the school trying doors and stuff. ly is all shook up because she thought she was going to die" tony explained
"oh alright okay. thanks for bringing her home man" Jonah smiled at tony before he left and he tried to move me but I wouldn't, so he picked me up, shut the front door and carried me into the living room with him. I heard people shuffle around the room as Jonah sat me on the sofa. I grabbed my sheets from next to the sofa and laid it over myself, hiding from them all - I looked terrible... they will just laugh.
"Flower..." I heard Daniel say - I cant believe he still calls me that now, like he has a girl... and he hasn't said a word to me since he saw the hickeys on my neck that day.
"geez, punz are you okay?" Corbyn and jack asked at the same time. but then I felt the sofa dip by my stomach and a hand fell on my side.
"babe.." it was Zach. and I have a feeling the boys still dont know about us by the gasps that came from around the room. "talk to me. what happened?"
all I did was lift my hand out of the sheets and point at Jonah, I heard him sigh
"her school went on a hard lockdown. they did a active shooter drill but the reason she is so shaken up is because the head teacher didn't even tell the other teachers that it was a drill so everyone thought it was real - that's why she texted me and Zach, and that's why she phoned mom" Jonah told them
"wait they did a active shooter drill - but how did they make it believable?" jack asked
"tony told me that they had cops run around and bang on doors, shake the handles and stuff" Jonah shrugged, now they knew the story I peeked my head out and the gasped - again - when they saw all the make up that was smudged on my face.
"hey" they said at the same time with little smiles, I looked at each of them - and when I looked at Daniel he looked really, really sad
"dani, a-are you okay?" I asked quietly
he shook his head "im fine. how are you now your home?" he smiled very lightly, it very weird that he was speaking to me all of a sudden - but its probably just cause i'm all upset.
"better now im with all of you guys" I said, making them all chuckle. then they all went back to the other sofa
"do you want to go lay in my bed?" Zach asked
"no, I wanna be with all of you.. well unless some of you want me to go - so you can hang out with your girlfriends" I replied
"we will be happy looking after you. you know you mean a lot to all of us - you are like a sister to us" jack said
"yeah. and you are my actual sister" Jonah chuckled "but how about you go to Zach's room for a second, get yourself cleaned up - change into something comfier alright?" he said. I nodded and slowly got up and went to Zach's bathroom.
once I got out the shower I put on one of Zach's hoodies and just stayed in my underwear then I threw my long wavy/curly/straight hair into a bit messy bun then walked into the room to see Zach with chocolate and he had Netflix on.
"hey babe" he smiled at me as I crawled into the bed with him
"hi" I said and almost laid full on him
"are you feeling better?" he kissed my forehead
"yeah, still pretty shaken up though" I sighed
"I mean I would be, that was messed up of them - how can they do that?"
I shrugged and took a bite of the chocolate.
"can we watch some movies?" I asked
"sure babe" he smiled and kissed me before he grabbed the controller and opened Netflix, he picked out one movie that he said was good - but he wouldn't let me see the name...
