I walked back into my office and dropped myself on the couch that was near the door. I sighed feeling my body relax instantly. Since I've got into work, I was in and out of meetings and going back and forth between the warehouse and dance studio. It was a lot but it's all worth it.

I closed my eyes and shortly the door opened. I opened one eyes seeing Darren walking in with his eyes glued to his phone. I sat up as he sat in front of me.

"Okay so I got word that the label won't be putting any money into the tour. That's all Anthony told me so you're gonna have to give him a call." I tossed my head back closing my eyes. I could feel a migraine forming and it wasn't a slight one. My temples were pulsing as I tried to calm down my blood pressure.

"You're mother and Myles also called saying that there have been a few random people spotted at the house when no one is either there or at night when they're sleep." He looked up at me and he could see the tired look on my face.

"Okay...Let Anthony talk to finance and see what we can work out. I don't want to do any sponsors because I'm trying to keep as much money in CBE." I got up and walked over to my desk grabbing my iPad. I left my phone in my bag which was in the warehouse.

"Also make sure that everyone has something to eat, etc." I dismissed him and unlocked my iPad. I found Myles' contact and he answered on the first ring.

"Bro I don't know who these niggas are but they starting to piss me off!" His accent was stronger so I knew he had enough.

"What happened this time? The last time niggas came into the yard they almost lost their shit." I chuckled shaking my head.

"Bro it's just me and aunty here for the time since Unc went wherever he goes. All I know is that the alarm went off 'cause three buff ass niggas tried to make their way into the house. Broke the lock off the gate and busted out the window for the living room." I could see the agitation on his face. I sighed running a hand down my face.

"Look, I'll make a few calls so security will be there around the clock and y'all gonna be getting drivers just to be safe. I'll be there this Friday so I'll figure some other shit out but right now this shit got my attention." I propped my tablet on the desk and leaned back in the chair.

"You look like you need some pussy highkey." I flicked him off and he laughed. I cracked a small smiled spinning in the chair.

"What's going on with you and Bey tho'? He asked and I stopped spinning. "We good right now. Nothing is official yet but we taking it show for now. She'll be there with me for the weekend so you can stop bugging me and shit." I chuckled seeing his face light up.

"Good 'cause the way y'all was dancing in the club I'd say y'all fucked or sum." I shook my head, a smile still on my face.

"Nah fam. I actually got us on some rules so we can't do nothing like that until her divorce is finalized." He looked at me crazy and I laughed. "I know! I'm a jackass but I just won't feel good loving on a married woman." I shrugged my shoulder.

"Nigga you were once wrecking homes before so what's the difference now!?" He shouted and I gave him a stank face.

"Nigga the whole of Tappah ain't gotta know my business!" I exclaimed. "Plus those homes were already caving in, I just gave them a reason to let that shit fall." We laughed together. Its times like this I wish he was actually working along with me. He knew how to ease the stress of being a CEO and a boss. He made everyone laugh and he always knew how to lighten the mood no matter the situation.

"You ain't shit nigga!" I smiled slimly. "I know I ain't man. I did some fuck shit many times so I can't really blame people for saying what they saying." I spoke playing with the paper clip on my desk. "Do I care? Fuck no. All I gotta do is learn from the past shit and make better choices." I added tossing the clip in the trash.
