I'm pretty sure you know the FARRAM but the soul binding, I bet you don't know what it is so I'll explain to you readers.

The soul binding binds your stuff to your soul thus whenever somebody tries to steal your stuff they're gonna get a "Special Gift" so goodluck thieves, whoever you are.
