mr smitty pulled the old car in a clearing in the woods after driving for 20 minutes.
jacob was terrified because he'd never been to the woods. hannah on the other hand always went with her sister until she grew older and moved away
hannah tried to open the door.
"silly girl. why would we lock the door?" mr smitty chuckled
"now, children. we can do this the hard way or the easy way" miss tims
"w-whats the hard way" jacob stuttered
"i tie you to the tree and set it on fire"
"whats the easy way?" hannah asked annoyed
"we tie you to a tree and leave you there overnight"
"WHAT KIND OF DETENTION IS THAT" hannah yelled
"a detention i wish was legal" mr smitty said grinning.
"what is that" hannah said pointing to a random tree hoping the teachers would get out if the car to investigate, giving hannah and jacob a chance to escape.
both of the teachers snapped their heads around to look where hannah was pointing.
there was a stick that looked like a snake because of the snakes old skin.
"im not getting out to inspect" miss tims said looking at mr smitty
"i will if you will" mr smitty said
"you kids stay there" mr smitty said giving the 2 teenagers the 'im watching you' signal.
and then miss tims and mr smitty opened their car doors to inspect.

once hannah was convinced they were too far away she leaned to the front and took the keys out, unlocked the doors picked up their bags and her and jacob ran.
"hey you kids get back here!" they heard the teachers yell.
hannah slipped the car keys in her school uniform shorts pocket.
running faster to catch up with jacob
