We walked up the steps of my apartment all sad and shit.
"Who baby that is?" Dee asked making me look down seeing Nayeli laying on the ground sleep
"Nayeli" I bent down and picked her up
"Mommy" she opened her eyes
"It's me baby" I said as I rubbed her back
"You're lucky you came I was gonna call CPS" A lady next door said making us look at her
"Just step back inside" Dee told her
I unlocked the door letting them in.
"Dee you can sleep in that room and everything that you need is in the closet" I told him making him nod before he walked off
I turned around seeing Sane staring at the wall in a gaze.
"Come on" I grabbed his hand
Nayeli turned her head staring at him making him stare back.
"The hell" he mumbled making me chuckle
"Say hi princess" I told her making her wave at him and he waved back
"That's your boyfriend?" She asked
"If you wanna call it that" I said as I took her coat off "Ima go bathe her"
"Do you" he shrugged as he took his shirt off
Now that I see it half his body is really covered up with tattoos.
I walked in and ran the water before taking her clothes off and putting her in.
"Da said he not coming back" she said as she played with her toes
He bet the fuck not cause he gon' die either way.
"Why he say that?" I asked
"I don't know, he said something how he don't want me and he love Mia more then me" she spoke slowly "He kept saying mean things to me mommy"
"He didn't mean it" I shook my head as I wet her hair making her smile "You like that?"
"It's cold" she chuckled as she shivered
"Come on tink" I drained the tub before wrapping her into the towel and picking her up
I sat on her on the sink and dried her off before putting her clothes on. I braided her hair before putting a bonnet on her head.
I walked out and got in the bed next to Sane as he slept.
"You wanna watch tv stank"I asked making her nod
I turned the tv on putting it on nick at night.
"I got homework to do and all" I mumbled as I grabbed my laptop
She turned her head towards Sane before she started touching the tattoos on his face.
"You like it?" he opened his eyes making her nod
"I want one, mommy can I get one" she looked at me
"Not at this age" I said making her start whining "Avery stop whining"
"You want yo name on my neck?" He asked her making her nod
"Sane" I looked at him
"I gotta feel this blank space anyway" he pointed making me shake my head
"You see mommy he nice" She looked at me as she hugged him making him look at me stuck
"Hug her back" I told him and he patted her back making me chuckle
She laid back down on my stomach as he laid his head on my shoulder.
They both watched the tv and had their little conversations before they both fell asleep.

I put my laptop way before wrapping my arms around them.
"I love you too sane" I kissed his forehead

"If Cey was here he would've been making a joke out this whole thing" Dee said as we looked around
"On satan head he would've been talking hella shit" Sane shook his head as he held Nayeli
"Shit fucked up as hell" he said "Especially how he was tryna get out the game since he had a daughter on the way"
"He has a child on the way?" I asked making them nod
"When we was suppose to come back here he was gon be officially out the game cause he chose to do better for her" Sane said
"Awwe" I mumbled as we made it to a food stand "Well do you know who his baby mama is so we can help her"
"Yeah we know" They nodded "We sending her money from time to time"
"That's our family too" Dee shrugged
"He would've did the same for us" Sane said
