           She was in the sitting room watching Ghost in the Shell when Demilade returned. He returned quite early. The time read eight twenty-one when he walked in.

"Welcome," Lola said without getting up. She looked at his bag and she contemplated on going to take it from him but she decided against it and she sat back.

"Thanks," Demilade said.

           He could see Lola's eyes on his bag and it looked like she want to take it from him but decided against it. Deborah came in and she greeted him before taking the bag from him.

"Thanks." He said and he sit on one of the sofas opposite Lola.

"Your food is ready sir," Deborah said.

"I'm coming." He said and Deborah left.

            Demilade stared at Lola who seem focus on what she is watching on the TV. She lay on the couch with her leg crossed. She was wearing a short and a big polo. He had noticed she love wearing shorts around the house. He thought about whether she do it on purpose or if it was just normal for her.

          She had sexy legs. He admitted that. And her skin colour looked even, smooth and spotless.

"Thanks for yesterday." He said.

         Lola was surprised that he talk to her. She looked at him. And for once he looked sincere.

"No problem. I had fun." She said truthfully. "So how was work?" She asked.

           She was trying to make a conversation with him.

"Normal." He said and he shrugged off his suit before losing his tie.

          The guy was very handsome. Despite he looks exhausted, it didn't diminish his beauty. No wonder all the ladies give him the stares. They were all gawking.

"I want to go see my siblings tomorrow." She said.

            He just looked at her but said nothing then his phone rings.

"Excuse me." He said and he answered the call. He stood up and take his blazer and earphone while still talking on the phone.

            She went back to meet him in his room. It was the first time that she is going to his side of the house. She knocked on the door and minutes later, she heard footsteps. The door clicked open and he came out of the room closing the door behind him.

           He had changed from his suit into a baggy flannel night cloth. It's look too big on him and she tried to suppress a smile.

"What is it?" He asked.

"Your food is ready and it's getting cold." She said.

           He said nothing but just walk past her and left. Lola scoffed loudly and rolled her eyes.

"What a character!" She said out loud and she went to her room.

Day 5 

           Lola did her chores of cleaning her room and she helped Deborah in mopping the stairs and the kitchen floor. She had told her that Demilade sometimes have visitors on Saturday and she won't be able to clean the house as he, pleases. So she does the essential cleaning on Friday since he will return late from work.
