I heard three loud bangs go off making me jump up out of my sleep I realized nigga this was the hood fuck I'm jumping for and went back to sleep
"Niyah niyah" I heard somebody saying pushing me I opened my eyes to see it was my cousin that came over from time to time when him and his mama got into it
"What the fuck do you want midi"I asked him rolling my eyes sitting myself up to hear the bullshit he was finna tell me
"Yo mama said that I can stay here this weekend with you while she out of town"he told me I mugged him
"Ok and the fuck should I care for"I asked
"I'm not gon be here unfortunately I have to do shit with my life so just act like I'm here but I'm actually not gon be here and I'm leaving right now"he said pulling out his phone I rolled my eyes

Damn where my manners I'm janiyah but everybody around her call me Nani or niyah I'm 17 the only child my mother travels a lot to not have to deal with me

Riah had been my bestfriend since 8th grade summer when I met her at a pool party with midi and his basketball friends but she was like a city girl always has been I was more of a Tom boy and couldn't even listen to what anybody told me to do so I definitely wasn't planning on going

I was in the bathroom fixing my edges up and making sure that my shoes was as white as the could be when I heard somebody knocking on my bedroom window it was tyquain he was the boy who always came over my house to chill and even slid me some weed a couple times he was cool

"To the skating rink"she answered still on her phone

"See unt uh I don't know y'all"I said walking off to go sit down and the little concession thing then I realized that riah was straight and I could go home so I hurried up out the building and started walking back home
"Say is that the luh bitch from the skating ring" I heard a thick ass accent say
"Leave that fucking girl alone"another one said I just kept walking I was infront if my house but didn't want them to know that I heard there voices go away and turned around and walked back to my house
When I walked in I instantly took my shoes off my feet was tired
I walked in my room and saw tyquain sleeping like a baby

"Damn I didn't know I was a stalker"he said laughing waking up out his sleep

Tyquain walked out the room leaving me and his grandma  I sat down
