-', ♧ 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 :: Ying Yue was born on March 30th, 1999 in Beijing, China to a middle class family. At the younge age of 4, she was watching a television program with her mother when a commercial with women dancing gracefully came on, Ying Yue loved that commercial and would smile whenever it came on. This was where her passion for dance surfaced. She was a good student, making A’s in school. At 13, she was scouted by a SM worker and was given a spot in the company. After some thinking and getting her parent’s permission, she agreed and went to Korea, leaving her family behind. Upon entering the plane, she met Wong Yukhei, a fellow student going to SM to train, they became good friends. A couple months after she turned 14, she got a call from her father, saying that her mother had died. Ying Yue was heartbroken. She wouldn’t eat or come to practice before eventually trying to kill herself, but was stopped by Yukhei. By then, he had already debuted with NCT U. Ying Yue was left to train and train before getting the announcement that she would be debuting with Diamond.
